This Ranch-Style estate is located in the middle of a beautiful valley surrounded by acres of primary rain forest. Getting there you will enjoy spectacular views of the valley of El Guabo, one of the most beautiful and hidden places of Costa Rica. The house is located at the bottom of the valley, with a beautiful white water river that runs in front of the house. Our ranch is a 160 acre property of beautiful hills and a spectacular waterfall.There is always a chance to see toucans or other bird species around the property. The house is very private and quiet, yet is fairly close to the main attractions of Costa Rica South Pacific (One of the most unexplored but most spectacular areas of the country) There is 24 hours security with a person who lives at the property. El Encanto is located within an integrated agro ecological farm with water buffaloes, it is a place to mix relaxation along with adventure and specially to be in a safe and comfortable setting in the middle of the Rain Forest. The home has 2 large master suites and a mini master, all with en suite bathrooms. Two baths have outdoor air bubble bathtubs and gorgeous all glass showers. There is an extra smaller room with a 1/2 bath that could be for a nanny or maid. Although located in a temperate elevation, all rooms have air conditioning. All bedding is organic, no pesticides have been used on the property, there is structured water and all cleaning supplies are carefully chosen to be non toxic. All bathrooms have organic shampoos and body washes and other amenities from a local company specializing in nature aligned potions The heated salt swimming pool takes the slight chill off in the evenings and an outdoor kitchen is perfect for a poolside evening BBQ. If you are coming to work, everything is ready with a computer monitor, fiber optic high speed internet, solar energy to guarantee a back up in the case of energy outages and abundant wifi throughout the property. Organic fruits and vegetables when available from our permaculture garden are often left at your front door and you are always invited to visit the newly completed black bamboo greenhouse that is always bustling with seedlings. The unit is located in the Cascada Azul community, which is a very safe and quiet community. It is one of 10 units nestled on a Jungle bluff overlooking the majestic Baru River Valley. With the exception of the occasional visit from Toucans, Macaws, Agoutis, Coatis, and Monkeys that patrol the area, you will have complete privacy. The condo has one private bedroom with a Double bed, nightstands, and a custom wardrobe to hang and store all of your belongings. The bathroom has a large shower, a spacious countertop and sink, drawers for storage of towels and toiletries, and YES, we have on demand hot water! The living room and kitchen are one open space with a sliding door that opens to your private back patio, that incredible view and ever changing ocean sunsets. There is a custom futon/sofa bed that folds out to sleep 1-2 people. The furniture is handmade by local woodworkers with native wood. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. It also has a full refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender and microwave. There is a small dining area inside as well as patio furniture should you want to eat outside. The television has cable, and you are welcome to use your own streaming devices as well. If you would like to utilize the grill, it is shared and located near the pool. We also offer free access to the washer and dryer and just ask that you be mindful and considerate of other guests.Guests have one designated parking space. Please only use your parking space. You will have access to your condo, as well as the gazebo and pool area, the BBQ area, the laundry area, your back patio, and the grassy area beyond your patio.
