Casa Layla is a custom built luxury home. It is located beachfront, approximately 5.5 miles north of San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye in the exclusive Playa Blanca neighborhood. The main house includes three bedrooms as well as 2.5 baths and there is also a suite, which is the fourth bedroom, and includes a full bath. All main house bedrooms have their own private balcony with amazing views. The main house as well as the suite are included in your rental of Casa Layla. The suite is located on the living level of the house and has its own entrance just off the kitchen and the other three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home.The property includes a 300 foot dock with chaise lounge seating, an outdoor kitchen, and an infinity pool complete with a swim-up bar. There is also ample outdoor seating for dining and lounging. The kitchen has all of the tools you will need to prepare a great meal and opens up into a large dining room and living area complete with a wet bar. For those guests who don't want to cook on vacation and who would like to try some amazing meals, we encourage you to try Chef Dan’s catering/delivery services. Chef Dan is located in the neighborhood and cooks family style, delicious local food. Please provide Brittany with 24 hour notice and she will put your request in. Look out for Jose, the burrito and tamale guy! He rides his bike up the beach each morning and has great breakfast options! Our caretaker lives on site and takes care of property maintenance and landscaping. Our team is here to ensure that your stay is one for the record books!Rate is for up to 8 guests. Each guest over 8 and up to 14 will be an additional $50 per night per person charge plus tax.
