Menginap di hotel ini terasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Kamar memiliki fasilitas memasak dasar, dan dapurnya lengkap. Lokasinya sangat nyaman, dengan Target dan pusat perbelanjaan besar hanya berjarak 5 menit berkendara. Hotelnya bersih, tenang, dan saya sangat puas. Staf resepsionis ramah dan bersahabat.

Great stay, restful weekend, hotel amenities are plentiful leaving you with all the comforts you need.

We booked the highest priced room and received the lowest priced room. The excuse was: “our policy is that we don’t guarantee the room booked for 3rd party Party bookings. We don’t give refunds, talk to your booking agent.” So much for prepaid no recourse bookings. Hilton was no help in making this right on the spot. We will see when there’s time to contest the bait & switch. Trip.com was good about offering a partial refund of the difference in cost. However, they want your bank account information to send the refund. I don’t know about you, but I am not willing to send complete banking information to someone in Singapore.
