The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel required a phone call, but the waiting time wasn't long. The shuttle to the airport ran every 30 minutes and could be booked, which was reassuring. The complimentary breakfast was very substantial and provided a high level of satisfaction.

Stayed there for two nights. The hotel is five minutes away from the Airport, there is a Restaurant and bar attached to the Hotel and Mc Donald across the parking lot. There is also a few restaurants just about 10 minutes walk and a IHOP five minutes walk The rooms was very clean and spacious. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. There is a huge mall, called Dolphin Mall just 15 minutes away by Uber costing about $10/15 dollars. Pool was larger than expected and the Gym was a bit small but effective. I fully recommend this Hotel, it’s quite reasonable and FREE SHUTTLE to and from Airport

Good value to price. We had a 2 queen room on the 3rd floor. Nothing fancy on the outside, but has everything you need to feel comfortable and unwind in the room. Do note that it may smell a musty if you are very sensitive to smell. Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around orlando. Front desk was friendly and breakfast had a good variety. Would stay again

The Hotel has an airport standard.., useful for bathing and sleeping. Check-in was slow and complicated.. The transfer service does not work 24 hours.., and so it was not possible to use it. There’s a McDonald’s close to the hotel.., 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. I’d not stay again.

TTamuI enjoyed my one night pre-cruise stay. It was nice being on the trolley line because we needed a few things for the cruise and went to Publix. Also the free shuttle to the port was great. Also, the breakfast was plentiful.

เเล็กวาโรงแรมนี้ทำเลดีค่ะบริการก็ดีมากพนักงานยิ้มแย้มอาหารเช้าถือว่าดีระดับนึงข้อเสียเพียงข้อเดียวคือที่ห้องตรงที่นอนกับห้องน้ำมีแมลงสาปตัวเล็กๆขึ้นที่นอนเท่าที่ดูทางโรงแรมมีการีนูเวทแต่บางส่วนไม่ได้ทำทั่งหมดของห้องเลยมีส่วนที่เป็นของเก่าแล้วมีแมลงสาปอาศัยอยู่ปรับปรังตรงนี้ได้จะดีมาก

DDustin Kamonte HollandUniverse, I have been here at this property from March 13,2026 through March 19,2026 and I’m Check-Out @ 11am Sharp! The Internet network slower than normal they don’t Re-Fresh the router everyone knows to do this what if the power goes out same thing right or left… Then I had to call the police in Broward County because I waited Each Check-In for hours just Tauh get to my room umm been paid for! So then I were told I were been supposed to be out the room I’m like UHT OH… let me show you… so the Network single is very weak over here so I was rush saying “I got to make my rounds love”… So it pulled up on my phone right…. Now I’m like see I’m post to check-out today but I mean since I’m late it weee like 2:30pm… I’ll just pay for another stay no problem… so they lady make a comeback saying in 30 minutes… 2:39pm shows up! I’m downstairs in office awaiting like… so she tells me get on the app or the website so I’m like alright she say “ is there anything available” me yup and here is confirmation… Then I finally check-out on time after bathing and maintain-ing sort- of… There is a bus stop out front and I waited there thinking and having on my mind to go on but it will take time for another, everything, anything, right or left… So I looked to see next move then this happened to be the only one and it went down a few dollars in asking price… so I re-booked… All this commotion regardless it has been exhaustingly & extremely rigorous! On the contrary to explain into detail this lastly stay Check-In EVERYBODY ELSE KNOWS WHY DON’T YOU!!??? Online told me. Two tickets left so I blinked and mines were on my device… everybody gotta helpinng hand got to collect there keys and award to there rooms but me the last one Check-In @ 3pm EST Pacific U.S.A U.S. or U.S. U.S.A and let me tell you something after climbing all these stairs makes it to the room walking in… searching over the room for lefties or righties… Finds (INSECT) still kicking gibberishing… now what to do (Toilet Paper) (AWAY!!!) & that’s FINAL…!!! It’s been whatevea you call it or been calling it… I’m out @ Check-Out Today March 19,2026 @ 11AM on the bullseye!

TTamu2/12/26 In my experience, the customer service fell short of expectations and could benefit from noticeable improvement. A welcoming demeanor and simple courtesy—such as a genuine smile—can significantly enhance a guest’s experience. While I did not have particularly high expectations given the name “The Red Carpet Inn,” I still anticipated a reasonable standard of hospitality and upkeep. Unfortunately, the property did not fully meet those expectations. The overall odor within the facility was unpleasant and could certainly be addressed. Although the cleanliness was acceptable for an inn of this category, it lacked the freshness and attention to detail that would make guests feel comfortable. Aesthetically, the rooms appear outdated and in need of renovation. The addition of a few brightly colored furniture pieces seems to be an attempt to give the impression of recent remodeling; however, these accent pieces do little to disguise the overall condition of the space. The updates feel superficial rather than substantive—more cosmetic than structural. My wife and I only needed a place to rest for a few hours before catching a flight later that evening, and for that limited purpose it sufficed. However, I would not consider staying here for more than one night, and even that would be with hesitation. Additionally, the “closet” was not a true closet at all. It consisted merely of an exposed wall-mounted rod with no enclosure or doors, which further contributed to the unfinished and poorly designed feel of the room. Overall, while the property may serve as a very short-term stopover, there is significant room for improvement in customer service, atmosphere, and genuine modernization. Bright Spot would only be the Shuttle to the Airport that is included at checkout. This would be there saving grace.
