Fabulous Family Weekend! The hotel has been completely renovated. Comfy beds, fabulous chaise/sofa combo, sparkling clean, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The hotel breakfast (free) was the best hotel breakfast ever. The sweet lady who took care of it actually cooked the sausage in a front pan! We were there to celebrate a family birthday. The hotel front desk people (all of them) set up the breakfast area to help us enjoy dinner together (Red Lobster take out). They even brought a microwave out for us to use. We shared some birthday cake with them. The next morning for breakfast, they showed up with a card and a goody bag for my nephew. We were flabbergasted at their sweet gesture. You can’t go wrong here. If you’re planning a trip to Ardmore, I highly recommend checking out the SpringHill Suites Ardmore. It appears the managers live on the property. One would think they would maintain it better. Bathroom paint peeling. Carpet dirty. Odd chair in room had leather nearly peeled off - would not even make it as a Goodwill donation. We entered from three wide open doors - keyed but left open. Anyone could just walk into the place. Breakfast was awful. Two child type cereals. Toast with nothing to put on it - no butter, no jelly, just bread. Make your own waffles maker. Juice was not real juice. No hot chocolate. No tea. Ugh. It appears Boarder's (Cobblestone) is expanding nationwide. Suggest they first maintain what they have.

The hotel is conveniently located right beside the BOK center. It is gated nicely and you will have to pay $10 for parking on site. They have parking on the first level but also have a garage that can be tricky to see at first.They do allow food delivery such as door dash, Uber eats etc which is nice. Our room was nice and clean and very spacious. We were always greeted upon entry in a nice friendly manner and they were always ready to answer any questions we may have. Overall we enjoyed our trip and do recommend this hotel to others.

I liked this hotel. It’s nice, the lobby is nice, the sitting area is fabulous and has a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The staff were helpful. Bar food was okay. There was a lot of space to walk my 2 pups. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great. Only con would be that there were a few little ants crawling on the wall by the desk, not near the bed, on the other side of the room. Probably an anomaly. They offered to come and take care of it but I didn’t want to breathe bug spray and I didn’t want to change rooms.

This property was a great location in Bricktown area. Parking is an issue, yes valet is there at an an addition cost that can be confusing if you don't pick at first. The valet service is worth the price in that they provide versus the self park. Construction was currently in process, mad the lobby area congested and back door open at will. During our stay we. requested room fresh linens and bed service. Staff was friendly and courtesus during the stay at a base level.

This is an older location. The bathroom tile had been repaired many times. There was trash lying on the hall floor - I saw  housekeeping in the floor but the trash was still there hours later into the next day. Breakfast was cold. Not room temp but cold. Eggs, bacon, biscuit. Orange juice was watered down and flavorless. Disappointed. Not the HGI we love and expect.

I was locked out of my room on the third afternoon. During my conference. Room #850 The Hotel said the booking was for 2 nights and asked me to leave or pay another $150.00. Because I already paid for the room I said no Then they had security remove me from the room and I left the Hotel.
