Room was fairly clean but the hotel is old and a bit run down. The location of the hotel , downtown of Waterbury , is not great. We heard gun shots during the night , and did not feel safe walking around outside. Was told to park our car in the a specific parking lot that ”had surveillance.” All in all - an old hotel in a rough neighborhood. Will not be coming back

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly.
Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere.
All staff were very kind and service minded.

Delightful Inn. Quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable room. Some parking spaces are under cover - very helpful on a snowy night for us. Friendly staff. Will return again. Close to West Harford.

Check-in and the room was fine. Pool is permanently closed Post COVID and the gym is tiny with half of the cardio equipment broken. The property needs some upgrades.

TTamuMy mate and I stayed here for three days because of a conference at CCSU. It was the closest hotel to the university (＜15min walk), so I would rate that as a 5/5 (all other hotels were like 40 minutes by bus). The room should not be expected to be super clean. The mattress, kitchen, tables, etc., were clean, but there were stains on the walls. There are no kitchenware, cups, or anything, so you'll have to bring your own or purchase at a grocery store. Also, they only provide 1 really small shampoo bottle (not even a bottle, it's actually a lipstick size) for the entire stay so bring your own or buy at a grocery store. Laundry and Dryer costs $3.25 each load.
We forgot about our laundry and picked them up like 2 hrs after the completion, and found our clothes just sitting on a table. But I guess thats on us...
There is a machine to purchase detergent and softener for about $1 (I think). The closest grocery store is about a 5 min walk, and the store is pretty big, so if you ever need anything, you can just go there to get it.
The walls are very thin between rooms, I could hear what people next door were talking, especially at night. Kids screaming and shouting in the hallway sometimes but I got used to it so that wasn't a huge deal.
Towels are provided only once, but you can bring them to the front every day to get a clean one.
The check-out process is easy, just leave the room key inside the room and leave.
Overall if you are not living here for a really long time this place is sufficient. You get fridge, TV, beds, shower, sink, etc., so all the things I mentioned above won't be a huge problem.

We recently stayed at the Ethan Allen Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. When we walked into the lobby, we were impressed by how welcoming and well-maintained it was. There was a convenient self-serve coffee and tea station with water and all the necessary condiments, which was a nice touch.
Check-in was quick and easy. We were given a room on the first floor. Upon entering, we found the room to be very clean and spacious. Although we didn’t unpack, there was ample space for clothing and storage. A desk and chair were available, which would be useful for anyone needing to get work done. The room also included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with pods, teabags, and all the condiments, very convenient. The TV was a good size and worked well.
That said, the room itself is definitely in need of some upgrades. The sheers were broken and hanging off the hooks, and the privacy curtains were difficult to close. Both the curtains and sheers appeared worn and could use a good cleaning. The ceiling panels were noticeably yellowed, and while the bathroom was clean, it too showed signs of age. On a positive note, the towels were plentiful and of nice quality, and I appreciated the makeup mirror in the bathroom.
The bed was very clean and comfortable.
In summary, this hotel has many good qualities, especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. However, I would love to see the guest rooms updated to better match the inviting look and feel of the lobby. I would consider staying here again, especially if room renovations were made.

ZZiyu8598很一般的酒店，比較老舊了，這個價位性價比不高。 因為孩子去比賽，所以訂了這個酒店。 停車不免費，20/晚。寬帶免費。 最大問題是隔音非常非常差。 當日入住的人挺多，走廊司上説鬧的，隔壁房間的男生似乎喝酒了，在捶牆。牆竟然也是普通木質結構的，動靜非常大，嚴重影響休息。 酒店沒有一次性拖鞋。 下次去肯定不會預訂。

TTamu位於哈特福德郊外，沿途領略美國鄉村風光，路邊都是精緻的住宅小樓，草坪修剪得很整齊，非常優美。酒店房間非常寬敞，早餐也很不錯，服務態度都很友善禮貌。木樓結構，隔音稍差一些，上一層的住客腳步力度大一點就能影響到下一層。整體還是很滿意的。提示，早餐豐富，燕麥粥符合國人的胃，bagel 抹牛油很喜歡。

PPengguna AnonimFirst checking in, the gentleman was very friendly and kind. After getting settled in the room it was nice. However, you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Upon asking for more towels there were no bath towels left due to being short staffed. Additionally the cleaning staff were exceptionally loud in the morning and had woken me up.

TTamuThis hotel is in immediate need of reinvestment. It was built in the 50's and it looks like in the rooms that was the last time any money was spent. You have a small in the window air conditioner unit. The two night stand lights did not work. The safe did not work. The hair dryer did not work but the front desk provided a new one. The bathroom sink was stained or dirty. To flush the toilet you have to stand there and hold the flipper down until the toilet completes flushing. The ironing board had been bent at some time in its history so it sloped down went set up. There was no elevator so you carry your belongings up an old metal outside staircase to the second floor.
This hotel is in an excellent location and the exterior looks wonderful. But I would recommend that you stay elesewhere.
