Hotel Bintang 3 di Gangwon, Korea Selatan

The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.

위치가 좀 애매한 부분이 있으나 전반적으로 매우 만족한 철원여행을 함께한 숙소였어요

Harga murah adalah bagian terbaiknya. Kamar secara umum bersih, tetapi ada bau menyengat dari karpet dan selimut... ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Tapi mengingat harganya, saya tetap bertahan. Kedap suara tidak terlalu bagus, jadi saya bisa mendengar kereta lewat di luar dan suara keras dari kamar sebelah. Ada minimarket tepat di pintu masuk hotel, dan tekanan air pancurannya kuat, menjadikannya tempat yang bagus untuk mandi dan bersantai setelah mendaki Gunung Mindung.

출사 및 해돋이 관광 목적으로 동생과 함께 강릉을 2박 3일 일정으로 방문하였습니다. 브라운도트 호텔은 전에 순천에서 좋은 기억이 있었고, 마침 강릉교동점이 신축이라고 하여 트립닷컴 통해서 예약 했습니다. 모든 것이 새거라서 깔끔하고 관리도 매우 잘되고 청결하여서 쾌적하게 2박을 보내고 왔습니다. 동생도 굉장히 만족스러워해서 개인적으로도 면이 섰네요. 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되는 점 때문에 시설 점수에서 별은 하나 뺐습니다만, 조식도 좋고 서비스도 좋아서 기분 좋은 기억만 남기고 갑니다. 다시 꼭 오고 싶네요. 번창하세요~

The hotel is super cleany, probably even quite new. The rooms was a bit small but it had everything we needed - nice bed (love the mattress!), and good size for the bathroom. The check-in was supposed to be at 4PM, but we arrived around 3Pm and they happily gave us the room in less than 5 minutes without any problems. Great service! Will definitely be back.
