Hotel Bintang 3 di Lancashire, Inggris Raya

Fabulous stay at the Best Western Carlton in Blackpool. The staff could not have done more to help, and the lady on the front desk was so friendly and chatty. They helped immediately when they realised I had a pram, toddler and 2 bags and was alone - even changing our room to make things easier. Lovely people! Only downside was the thin walls, meaning we could hear every word of the 4am argument in the room next door!!

The place is impressive. A great Xmas decorations set in the main stairway. The room was nice and spacious. Bathroom was a little dated, but clean. The place is a maze trying to get to your room, but doesn't ruin the experience. I'll definitely return.

房間設施很全，有冰箱、熨衣板、餐具、電磁爐、鍋等等，有很多零食和咖啡可以自己沖，每天都有客房服務，最後退房把鑰匙還回鑰匙箱就可以了，附近吃的比較多，有一家很近的漢堡店很不錯

Team service was excellent, great communications when needed. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Only slight negative was the eating area size, got busy quickly but luckily we came to have breakfast earlyish.

Everything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

Perfect host,could not fault him,he was so welcoming,friendly smile,always willing to help. The room was very comfortable, very clean, great shower, beverage condiments I,towels,soap,shampoo all included. Location is a bit of a pity,maybe it’s me being old but would ideally suit younger party goers looking at the hotels around the area, but ideal for waterfront,football,pleasure beach and Blackpool night life. Question is would 为 say here again, the answer is yes but just a short say and that is down to the fantastic host. Well done…….

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

Was happy with our stay at the hotel  I did not except the plenty of food we were offered  Was so delicious  The room was clean  Only the carpets are old and car park is difficulty  But l would love to go again  I really enjoyed the food  Had variety and you would until you are full Thank you and keep it up
