Hotel 5-Star di Massachusetts, United States

I was in the area looking at universities with my son. Having stayed in a couple of hotels that were expensive on the way to Boston (but were hugely disappointing) I couldn't spend hundreds on another night and feel the room wasn't clean, was tired/dated and yucky. So coming into Boston, I struggled to find a hotel that was really nice for less than $500 per night. The Encore was one of the best value places I could find and so reluctantly, I booked. I am so thrilled I did. It felt like incredible value for what we got and a real treat after being on the road for a few days in very average places. It was clean, large, well considered and was a fun place for us to lay our heads for the night. We didn't take part in the casino (I didn't realise it was a casino) but we had a fun dinner and enjoyed the property the next day too. Highly recommended!

Watch out where you staying ! We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!! And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning …. I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there.. So i claimed it next day when I checked out There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them But Email also Wrong ! What a WORST experience ever Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year. Anyways watch out where are you staying the room

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

Thanks for your generous hospitality…delayed my check-out time without any hesitations,brought me ten bottles of SARATOGA to me,and also sent my delivery food to me twice～Langham Boston尊的不错,房间不大但是麻雀俱全,它们配的水水是中美元首会晤时专用的,隔音确实不太好,主要是它的房门比较单薄,可是服务是有求必应的!

Small suite room is quite big. The Lounge provides all three meals, and the Dessert Chocolate Tata in the evening is very good, and the service is good. There is no Taxi at the entrance of the hotel, so you have to use Uber. The gym is shared with Equinox on the third floor downstairs. There is a Press In Clean laundry at the entrance of the gym to pick up clothes the next day. There is a problem with the only Wi-Fi link, although I tried to communicate with the background for two days.

Great location, convenient to go anywhere! There is a popular lobster pavilion on the opposite side!

The administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The basic accommodation conditions of the four seasons, such as quilts, pillows, air conditioning, bathrooms, open rooms, etc., do not need to be questioned, it must be very good and rest assured. There is a high-quality Japanese meal downstairs, new. The SPA is very good. The only hotel not as good as the old four seasons in Boston is that the room is very modern and has no style.

This is a newly opened hotel in Boston, so the facilities are all new and there are no problems. The design is also OK. The surrounding streets are very safe. But looking out the window, you can only see other buildings, and there is no scenery. The hotel breakfast is above average.

Brand hotel service is more attentive, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, the transportation is very convenient, and the hotel rooms are well equipped.

The hotel is okay, but two unknown purchases have occurred, and it is not clear whether it is a hotel problem or a bank problem
