The stay was good. Recommend to others. Front desk officers were attentive and friendly.
Set-back head up information for other travellers - I were informed by front desk officers if airport transport reservation requested thru them would cost a trip would cost 299kr, and charge much more if I get a taxi myself off the street.
Hotel front desk did the booking for me. But when I reached airport, 354kr (without a receipt) was charged by the taxi driver instead of 299kr. Lesson learned - a written confirmation is highly recommended, to avoid any dispute. Especially when you don’t want anything to delay your flight!!

Hotel yang bagus, tepat di sebelah stasiun pusat dan metro, serta dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki dari pusat kota. Kamarnya kecil, tetapi sesuai dengan harganya. Semua yang dibutuhkan tersedia, tetapi layanan kebersihan harian hanya merapikan tempat tidur. Teh, kopi, dan cangkir tidak diganti selama 3 hari kami di sana. Suhunya juga sangat naik turun dan kami sepertinya tidak bisa mengendalikannya. Sarapannya secara umum enak, tetapi makanan panasnya agak kurang, telur dan baconnya sangat sederhana, dan sangat terbatas bagi saya karena saya tidak mengonsumsi produk susu. Kind reception very friendly. Nice bar with local beers. Enjoyed it.
The room interior is old. An alarming thing is that, the bathroom stinks badly. The smell comes from the sewer. It was a bad experience.
Breakfast is very simple. No warm food (only omelet but no taste at all).
Location is awkward as they claim to be close to the airport. But without taking a taxi, it is not easy to reach. Walking will take 40min.

Staff was friendly. Only reason we chose this hotel was because it's near the airport, We practically walked there as it was a straight 15 to 20min walk to Terminal 2. It's near to bus stops. Had quite some restaurants and a netto outside. Nothing to expect from this basic hotel. We got an old room, just make sure you don't have high expectation for it and know what you are booking then it's fine, some parts of the curtains were torn with holes, has a coffee table but no chair. Luggage area was not usable as it was broken. But there was the dressing table that we could use that has 1 chair so that works. Toilet was clean but it had some weird smell, kept the door close and we were fine. Well definitely not worth the money we paid but for the convenience to the airport and just to sleep a night it's alright, and I knew upfront what I've signed up for, so it is what it.

The stay was okay — the hotel is conveniently located, clean, but quite basic. There’s no fridge or kettle provided, so it’s really suitable if you just need a good night’s rest. It serves its purpose well for that.
I would still recommend it, but take note of its limited amenities.
Also, a small reminder for those who booked through Trip.com: when I arrived and used the self check-in machine, it prompted me to make a payment again. I stopped the process and went to the counter instead. The staff initially also asked for payment, but after checking with a colleague, they confirmed it was already paid through Trip.com. So just double-check before making any payment onsite if you’ve already paid through the app.

TTamuNeat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway.
As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression.
All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

TTamuOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

TTamuVery convenient for the airport, just a couple of stops down the metro.I arrived late at night to a friendly welcome. It's a short walk to a lovely beach for some bracing Baltic air.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and cooker had I needed them. I was just passing through. I'd certainly consider staying there next time I visit Copenhagen.

TTamuI stayed recently with my husband for 2 nites. The WiFi is non existent. We were allocated the attic room, maybe cos of that the wifi signal is v bad. The signal keeps dropping that it gets so frustrating we end up using our own data. Informed reception twice but it’s of no use, nothing is being done to rectify the issue.
The only saving grace of this hotel is the location which is near train station.
