Hotel Bintang 3 di Bavaria, Jerman

The staff kept asking me if I booked 1 room or 2 and then tried to charge my card for the 2nd room which I paid for at the end we sorted it out

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Kamarnya agak kecil dan agak sulit untuk membongkar barang, tetapi fasilitasnya oke. Kulkas kecil yang aman. Sarapannya sangat baik, lezat dan banyak variasinya. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta api. Cukup berjalan kaki 5 menit langsung ke lift stasiun kereta api. Hotel ini juga berada di lokasi yang strategis:

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

由於啤酒節期間，周邊酒店價格都翻了好幾倍，考慮再三選了這家酒店。這是一家連鎖酒店式公寓，離地鐵很近，五分鐘步行即可到達。酒店周邊非常安靜，周邊是一兩個公司，和一個小區公寓，因此也很安全。 酒店的前台都很熱情，都會多國語言，溝通無障礙。 酒店提供簡單早餐，對於居住十來天的人來説，選擇少了點。酒店餐廳提供客人免費咖啡。 免費WiFi必不可少。電視節目基本德語，所以十來天的入住沒有使用過電視。 房間乾淨整潔，冰箱，爐子，咖啡機，以及各類餐具齊全。也適合全家旅遊度假。 總的來説還是不錯，值得推薦。

The location is close to the center. The room I stayed in was quite small but it was enough for me. I stayed for 1 day. It might be a problem for those who stay longer.

Short walk from the central station. Good location. The room first smelled cigarette. The reception kindly changed me to another room.  The room is big , and clean, with many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker. However, it is cold. We book two rooms, one room come with a radiator, my room doesn’t. I believe there is central heating, but the room is below 20 C. Reception is only up till 10pm. When realising, the staff has left.

Sangat dekat stasiun - kurang dari 5 menit berjalan kaki. Sedikit lebih banyak berjalan kaki ke area menarik lainnya namun masih dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Kamarnya nyaman untuk solo traveler, dan lebih luas dibandingkan hotel melati di Tokyo. WiFi tersedia tetapi perlu berhati-hati agar Anda tetap masuk sebelum streaming video. Tidak yakin apakah harus masuk setiap 24 jam tetapi saya ingat masuk setidaknya 1 kali lagi setelah pertama kali. Kamar mandi sedikit lebih mendasar dan bersih. Akan merekomendasikan jika memiliki anggaran terbatas dan ingin berada dekat stasiun kereta.
