Hotel Bintang 3 di Gansu, China

Sand on floor on arrival. No towels at alll in the bathroom. I called reception for towels. Ok. Next day, the cleaners clean the room and remove the used towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Again I have to call reception to bring towels. My 3 nights there, the cleaning of the floors was really poor. Floors were not swept and I could see hairs on the floor. Ok. They were my own hairs, but still. Sweep the floor! Cleaners also do not remove used porcelain cups with clean cups. The furniture, and bedding are really nice. But shame about the poor cleaning job. Also, there is no place to hang up the towels in the bathroom. Very odd.

This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around. Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too. All the below are within walking distances

Ini adalah hotel yang harus saya beri acungan jempol. Pertama-tama, fasilitas hotelnya bersih dan lengkap, serta desainnya pun sangat user friendly. Tempat tidurnya nyaman sekali, persis jenis yang saya suka. Ruangannya juga sangat luas, dengan beberapa gantungan baju baru, jendela luar, dan banyak sinar matahari, sehingga Anda bisa mencuci dan mengeringkan pakaian. Ruangannya dilengkapi dengan banyak sekali perlengkapan, termasuk handuk sekali pakai, tisu bantalan kursi sekali pakai, peralatan menjahit, kain semir sepatu, penyeka kapas, dll. Kualitas tisu juga sangat bagus. Terdapat pancuran besar di bagian atas ruang pancuran, yang memenuhi kebutuhan tamu untuk kepala pancuran yang bersih. Kedua, seluruh budaya perhotelan mencerminkan konsep ”berorientasi pada orang”. Sejak Anda memasuki pintu, para pelayan mulai menyambut Anda dengan hangat dan membantu Anda membawa barang bawaan. Dapat dikatakan bahwa setiap anggota staf yang Anda temui di hotel, termasuk petugas kebersihan kamar dan staf restoran, menyambut Anda dengan senyuman dan mengantar Anda sampai Anda pergi sebelum melanjutkan pekerjaan mereka sendiri. Pada saat itu, saya mengerti mengapa pelayanan hotel itu begitu baik. Ketiga, sarapannya sangat lezat, dengan dua hidangan dingin, dua hidangan panas, kacang tanah, dua jenis bubur, keripik kentang, susu kedelai, roti kukus, dan gulungan gambar. Restorannya cerah dan sangat menyenangkan untuk menikmati sarapan dengan tenang. Pelayanan hotel yang baik sudah cukup untuk meninggalkan kesan baik di mata warga Wuwei dan sekitarnya. Saya harap keadaan makin membaik!

Our stay was excellent. We arrived at night, very tired after a long journey, and were warmly and efficiently welcomed. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The service provided by all the staff—from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast area—was consistently kind and professional. A great advantage was the self-service laundry facilities, which allowed us to wash our clothes conveniently. Another highlight was the varied buffet breakfast: everything was fresh and delicious, and we truly enjoyed it—trying a few new dishes for the first time! The location is outstanding, just across from the station. We would gladly stay here again without hesitation and will certainly recommend it.

This hotel suited all of my needs and the staff was friendly. I reccomend.
