Hotel Dengan spa di Daerah Ibu Kota Brussel, Belgia

Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

Ada sampo, tapi tidak ada kondisioner. Tempat wisata ini terletak di dekat stasiun pusat, jadi Anda bisa naik kereta atau berjalan kaki selama beberapa menit. Tidak ada outlet USB. Orang yang mengisi daya banyak barang, seperti ponsel dan tablet, harus membawa beberapa colokan konversi tipe C, dan hal ini merepotkan. Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby. Room is clean and comfortable. But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient. Reception staffs are really nice and helpful. But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them. We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night. Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.

Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Bruxelles Midi making it a good option for taking the Eurostar. While the hotel corridors smell of old smoke, the room itself smelt fine and was well presented. Only very basic tea/coffee facilities in the room.

We stayed here for 6 days. The hotel is located at the center of Brussels. Just a few steps away from a famous walking street, Rue Neuve where you can enjoy shopping, eats and extend your city walk to other charming areas including the iconic Manakin Pis, Grand place, and pedestrian zone. If you travel during raining period, they offer a free rental umbrella for 48 hours and you can return and rent it again for free. Room is comfort and spacious. Breakfast is EU standard with hot meal. Free still/sparkling water is available at the lobby.

Hotel ini bagus dalam segala hal. Meskipun lokasinya tidak di pusat kota, lokasinya tidak terlalu jauh dari pusat kota dan terdapat stasiun kereta Luksemburg di dekatnya, yang sangat nyaman untuk bepergian. Saya tidak sarapan, jadi saya tidak tahu seberapa bagus hotel ini. Kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Satu-satunya masalah adalah saluran air kamar mandinya tidak lancar.
