The experience and service was great. Staff answered any questions we had. Facilities be good were good. I would have preferred more options for breakfast but still good. Close to good landmarks and locations including the Qingdao beer museum.

A very good recently-refurbished hotel in a very good location downtown Qingdao. Cleanliness is top notch. I like the in-room coffee filter and complimentary snacks and minibar. There's also a cafe/bar lounge in the lobby, good for hangout after a short walk from 4th May square / promenade. My complain is that the delivery robot takes up so much space in the elevator, and it's quite frequent in delivering stuff to the guest's roooms. I once have to wait for 10 minutes just to get down from 7th floor to the lobby because only 2 out of 3 elevators are working at that time, and during that 10-minute period the elevator is always full (my assumption is that the robot takes up the space :). But overall the hotel feels very new, hence very clean and neat. I hope by the time I write this the hotel management already can have a solution for elevator waiting time.

I really enjoyed the night in this hotel. The service is awesome, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. Moreover, we were pleased to get some Christmas gifts from the hotel.

the location is best. you get to the hotel right at subway exit, across Shangri-la hotel and you can walk to Qingdao landmark in just 10 mins. the room was huge and nice and clean. the bathroom was separated into bathtub, shower room and toilet. it's a shame that we could only stay for a night and missed breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights with family. The view was nice, though another building was in front of us, we could see both sea and city side scenery. Breakfast was nice, we could enjoy various food. Kids also enjoyed. Hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. Especially Owen helped us to stay comfortable.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Very friendly and warm staffs.

I had a great stay here as it is affordable and located near several attractions and malls. From above, can see the whole skyline of the beautiful city with the light show.

Front desk Mr Zhao was very helpful and knowledgeable about Yantai . He had given us some great information on how to go about the area and thing to do. Thumbs up Perfect location to shopping mall and walkable to Yantai San and coastal line .

It’s an old fashioned hotel, clean and cozy. The location is perfect for visiting May 4th square and for walking around the beach line. Overall it’s a good place for staying in Qingdao. P.S. We didn’t really understand why we had to ask to change our bedsheets when they are supposed to be changed every night. During our stay they changed once and on our request (but didn’t change the pillow cases IDK why lol 😆) so this part was a bit confusing TBH.

The location is great and is convenient to lots of restaurants and the downtown of Qingdao. The front desk and the lobby service are great. They are very helpful and provided great services. This hotel was the 1st 5 star hotel in the Shandong province and had lots of famous guests. However, the facility itself needs to updated. The carpets are old. Some guests may not comply with the rule of no smoking. You can smell the smoking from the common area and the room. Great location, good service but out dated facility.

Hans was very helpful to us during check in when we asked for a room with better view. Give this guy a credit for his hard work. It made us feel welcomed and gave us good mood the whole time we spend in the hotel. The room is great. Right next to olympic sailing center. The breakfast was satisfactory. The housekeeper on 4th floor was very kind during our stay. Room 418 has great view. They have iron in the room. Awesome! Overall experience is excellent! Will come again next time!

The hotel has nice location with beach view , rich breakfast, big size room . But facilities are not so new already , and lift runs forever.

Nearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

My friend stayed here one days and they have a seven months baby, Dennis Wang is very nice and considerate for they, especially for my baby, he supplied a baby cot and a toy for my little baby. We will stay here again for next holiday.

Overall happy with the stay, service was somewhat good and where we asked for things they would do it quickly. I have an allergy to gluten and milk and I asked the manager and then the next few days they would bring out special bread and ham for me. On the downside the hotel offers a pool table inside but when we went to go on it they were charging 40RMB per hour which is very steep. Should be free considering it’s a 5 star hotel, plus they have mini carts outside which you can rent but they wanted 300RMB per hour!! I almost fell over when they said that. They had about 30 of them outside and not a single one was being used, should be much cheaper or affordable. Just a note if you speak Chinese it helps as you can haggle on price for pool table and get to use it free. Only one or two of the staff speak some English, most do not so just a warning for the English speaking, just use translate. Location is ok but quite a way to get to a more busier part for relaxing at. We were there for business and location was good for this. Breakfast was too busy every time we went down we had to go looking for a table if there were any free so that’s a downside. If you go in the busy period in July then be warned.

We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

I had a big room to myself, felt a little underutilized but overall, very comfortable. The toilet is also very big and can be used by two persons at a time, so wasted and I am alone this time. Everything is good except perhaps lighting in bathroom especially the vanity area can be brighter so that I can see my make up clearer :)! One more comment about the power point at bedside, as I do not have international adaptor, so I have to charge my phone at study table area. It will be nice if they can also have the international power point like the one at the study table. Very good spread of buffet breakfast just that I found food (bacon, sausages and noodles) is not warm. Anyway, there are other warmer food available too. Above are my personal comments which do not affect the rating of the hotel. Of course, if those are being improved than this hotel will score 110% from me.

The hotel is very nice! It's just above Wanda Plaza, and downstairs is the snack street. The food is economical and affordable! Walking 300 meters to the east is Suocheng, and further north is Chaoyang Street and Yantai Mountain Lighthouse! It is also very close to Yantai Railway Station! The hotel service is very good. I forgot the amulet when I checked out, but the hotel proactively contacted me and mailed it back!

It is a very good hotel I often go out to play with my children and have stayed in many family hotels. This time I returned to my grandparents’ house in Weihai and took a boat to Yantai to stay overnight. After choosing a hotel for a long time, I found this five-star hotel with no bad reviews. I originally only chose hotels in the group chain, but suddenly I was curious. Mainly, it fully meets my requirements Before checking in, I called to confirm and learned that I was directly upgraded to a parent-child room with my baby. The room is very large and newly decorated. The swimming pool is a seawater swimming pool and the gym also meets basic needs. There is also a mini children's playground with a laundry room and a microwave. Children's bed rails are also provided. The second hotel I encountered had a fence fixed to the bed with nails. Across the road is the sea. The sand is super fine and clean. I even think the experience this season is better than Sanya. I didn’t bring sand digging tools and the front desk gave me a set for my baby. The most important thing is that the hotel gave me the impression that the service was timely and sincere from the moment I parked the car. The concierge helped with luggage and guided me. After checking in at the front desk, I took him directly into the room and took a look at what was missing. It was brought to me right away. Any employee I encountered when I got lost in the hotel was kind and helpful. Returning to the room is very friendly to children. As long as any request is reasonable but not excessive, the hotel will basically meet it immediately. There are few places to eat near the hotel, and takeout is more convenient. If you drive, it’s beautiful to play along the coastline. The only thing that I think can be improved is the breakfast. The variety of breakfast is very rich. The beef noodles with tofu are delicious. There is also sushi, but some ingredients may not be so fresh due to the off-season. The bread and pasta are also a bit hard. Some dishes are not replenished in time. But the overall experience is very good. I just hope that it will be more perfect when I come again next time. In short, I will recommend it to my friends. I will also take the time to take my children to stay for a few more days. It is worth visiting again.

The Blue Sea has received many positive reviews. You can see the big photo frame across the street from the hotel room. The location is in the middle, and it takes about ten minutes to drive to Hanlefang. The hotel lobby is quite grand, and the decoration style is still traditional. The hotel is very considerate. There are fruit plates, drinks and snacks in the room. On the Lantern Festival, they also gave us glutinous rice balls, and handsome Xiao Liu also gave us hot milk. Hot mineral water is also provided when entering and leaving.

The Bright Hotel is perhaps the best Hotel we have stayed at in China whilst visiting over 80 cities. The building is not imposing but the hotel itself is super. The staff have an attitude of ‘what can I do to make your stay the best ever ‘ and it shows . The food and the kitchen staff are the terrific because the food is truly delicious . Little touches like a small plate of fresh fruit adds a little extra to the visit . Added extras like guests washing and drying facilities makes laundry easy and being situated in the Gym gives opportunities to work out . If you are on a business or holiday trip you will not regret staying at the Bright Hotel .

Very good, the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a lot of variety, but the bathroom exhaust fan is broken. The overall feeling is very good, the children like it very much, very comfortable, the night market is nearby, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

房間非常滿意 寬敞舒適。地點就靠在海邊 步行兩三分鐘就是海，走路二十分鐘就到了火炬八街，總之非常方便。再就是酒店拉開窗簾就能看到海邊，非常滿意。最令我感動的就是酒店服務，出門很多次，訂了許多酒店，都沒有遇到這麼令我滿意的服務，進門就有許多可以免費領取的小物品，什麼暖寶寶，馬桶墊，眼鏡防霧濕巾之類的，尤其是給我兩瓶熱的礦泉水，很感動，退房的時候也給了兩瓶熱的礦泉水。

Family room, very suitable for family travel. The location of Xuefu Hotel is amazing~ The perfect pier for watching the sunset is right outside. I watched the sunset for two consecutive nights. It was so beautiful. I dare not imagine how beautiful it is when it snows. It is also very close to Torch 8th Street. Just walk along the beach. The staff of Xuefu Hotel are very warm and the service experience is very good. Location + service is the feature of this hotel. The restaurant faces the sea directly. Who doesn't love this dining experience?

The room is clean and tidy. The store owner carefully read the notes and satisfied them. They also sent fruits and yogurt. The hotel is within walking distance to Liugong Island Pier and several parks, which is very convenient. The housekeeper also provided tourist directions. Takeaways can be delivered to the room by the front desk, but I was embarrassed to go to the storage point on the first floor to get them myself. It is also very convenient to get takeaways nearby. To the west is Zhudao RT-Mart, which is also convenient for shopping.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The location is very good. It is very close to Huoju 8th Street, on the side of Huanhai Road, facing the sea. It is really comfortable. The lady at the front desk is very gentle and hospitable. She also gave apples on Christmas Eve, which is very thoughtful.
