hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices with a good selection of food. However, I was disappointed with several aspects of the room, especially considering this is an international 5-star Pullman hotel. The bed frame was slanted to one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The TV was small, and the signal quality was poor and blurry, making it difficult not able to watch . The biggest issue was the air conditioning—the room temperature appeared to be centrally controlled and couldn’t cool the room enough. It was so warm that I needed to request a fan inside the room to stay comfortable. Overall, the location and breakfast were great, but the room maintenance and comfort fell well below the standard I would expect from a 5-star international hotel

My family stayed at the Pullman Hotel for three days and was satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the facilities. I especially commend Mr.Eden Song. We will visit again.

I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent location and the beautiful high-floor views, along with the advertised Diamond Member room upgrade benefit. Overall, the property itself was well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and I found the breakfast to be noticeably above average compared with many other hotels I have experienced in China. However, one aspect left me disappointed. The hotel promotes a Diamond Member upgrade benefit, yet upon arrival, I was told that the “upgrade” essentially referred only to assigning a higher floor, which felt somewhat misleading and unnecessarily vague. As a guest who trusted the booking information provided through Trip.com, I believe greater clarity is needed regarding what exactly this benefit includes. Marketing language that creates unrealistic expectations can easily undermine customer trust. Aside from this concern, the overall stay experience and hotel facilities were very satisfying.

I recently stayed at Pullman Yantai Center Hotel, and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel truly feels deserving of its 5-star rating, with outstanding service, facilities, and atmosphere. However, there were a few maintenance issues that affected the stay experience. The SONY TV in the room had very poor pixel resolution and display quality. In addition, the bathtub drain plug was difficult to operate and had to be manually removed by hand, and the windows leaked during the rain. There was also an overcharge issue at the front desk during my stay, but the receptionist handled it professionally and promptly corrected the problem by issuing a refund. Their service was outstanding. In addition, I did not receive the wine factory coupons that were supposed to be included during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these details, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.
