Hotel Romantic di Qinghai, China

Family, my stay at Fairfield by Marriott this time was simply invincible, and I must give it a five-star rating! The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with shopping malls and food streets around, and everything is available. It is very convenient for travel and shopping. Whether you want to check in at popular attractions or find local specialties, you can get there by just raising your legs, and you don't have to worry about traffic problems at all. As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. The space is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and elegant, and the details show quality. The bed is big and soft, and it feels like lying in the clouds. The bedding is also clean and soft, and it exudes a faint fragrance, which allows me to fall asleep every night. The facilities in the room are very complete. From the moment I checked in, I could feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff. The front desk was not only quick, but also very considerate to introduce me to the hotel's services and fun places around. During my stay, no matter what questions I had, as long as I made a phone call, the staff would respond quickly and help solve them as soon as possible, which made people feel very at ease. When I checked out, they also carefully asked about my stay experience and gave me a small gift, which was really heartwarming. In short, the location, rooms and services of Fairfield Inn are impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again whether I am on a business trip or traveling in the future, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!

However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

Centrally located in a high rise building but busy. The room is small and breakfast is served with a budget hotel. Food is basic and and seats are crowded. What troubled me is my prepaid online advanced booking for a business room. When checked in at 9pm, front desk could not find my booking and took 20 minutes to find out the back office had made a mistake. My prepaid business room was occupied by another guest and I was given a standard room without any compensation. As it's late in the evening, I have no choice but accepted it. The hotel owed me an explanation

It really deserves to be a hotel with a good reputation. Because I was traveling with my baby, the hotel was afraid that the room I booked would be under elevator repair and it would cause noise. The front desk lady upgraded me to a suite for free and even called to ask if it would disturb me and the baby. She was really thoughtful. There were also baby slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, toys and fruits. The hotel staff also sent goodnight milk in the evening. Breakfast was provided even though I didn't order it when booking the room. Because the hotel had just opened a few days after the Chinese New Year, it took a long time to get hot water. The hotel staff was really responsible and even asked someone to fix it in the evening. When I left the next day, the lady at the front desk gave me a gift. The important thing is that there is a free airport pick-up service, and the airport staff helped me with my luggage, which is really service-oriented. It is also beautiful to take pictures of the night view from the hotel. It is the first time I bring my baby to visit relatives far away. All the services of the hotel feel so warm. My baby and I like it very much. Golmud is very good, and the Yellow River International Hotel is very good. I will come again next time and stay here again. Because you deserve five-star praise!

This is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river. The only issues are 1. The breakfast spread is very very limited 2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.

Elton International Hotel, a truly phenomenal experience. After a long tedious journey, its always nice to enjoy a soft bed. Now the service, of two weve interacted with Lisa and David were both really enthusiastic, david helped with luggages and inquirys on covid measures, and lisa provided assitance in hotel service and food recommnedation in the beautiful city of 西宁. Great experience!

This is my first time coming to Yushu. This hotel really gave me a great experience. I am very satisfied with the service, environment and facilities. There is an oxygen bottle at the front desk. The location is very good. Open the curtains. , the beautiful scenery comes into view, it’s great! I would like to especially commend the lady at the front desk for her beautiful service and thoughtful service. This hotel is worth choosing!

Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai. What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway. But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

The hotel is right next to Tongmeng Paradise. It is now off-season and there are fewer people. It is very quiet to live. The parent-child room is very suitable for bringing children to experience, and the theme is well arranged. The room is also very large.
