Xining Changjiang International Hotel

Perfect stay and near to eateries shops. Clean room, comfy bed, and amazing staff. The breakfast was delicious. Great location and good value for money.

I was incredibly impressed by the long-serving, elderly staff, whose courtesy, professionalism, and experience have clearly been the backbone of this hotel's success. However, my checkout experience was ruined by a young receptionist who conditioned a manager-approved complimentary gift on me providing a good review. Later, I was shocked to see this same staff member shouting unprofessionally across the lobby. While the core team is exceptional, the poor mannerisms of the new staff risk damaging the hotel's reputation.

One of the best hotels during our trip. Great location, next to a park. Breakfast is great with a lot of options. Room is spacious.

Good stay here during 3 nights. I don’t like the things that there is a carpet on the floor so that explain my notation. But the location is good in the center of Xining at 10min drive of the railway and 30min of the airport. But the good things is it at 15min walk of the Mojia street a perfect night market spot for eat a good food and a lot of halal option too. And 30min walk of the wonderful mosque of Xining

This hotel is located right in the city center, with Mojia Street and Shuijing Alley just a short walk away. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs, making transportation very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and a thoughtful humidifier provided. Special shout-out to the front desk staff—they were warm and efficient. As we're on the high floors, the night view is also stunning. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options; the local milk tea and beef noodles were particularly tasty and more than enough to start the day fully satisfied

Stuffs are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great especially their handmade yogurt, is a must try. There is a convenient store besides the hotel, make life easier to get the necessity before start the ganqing route.

Location is alright, not too far from the train station. Room was nice

Nice location in the city centre with a small food store in the same building. Clean and big room with all we needed.

The hotel is located conveniently to train station and business district. The hotel is very clean. The best thing about this hotel is the service. From the front desk (黄蓉） to entire housekeeping team, they have provided active responses to all of our requests without showing any complaint. I would like to give special thanks to 黄蓉 who helped us professionally and made our stays worry-free.
