Ulasan The Skytel Shenzhen Shekou

Lokasi hotel sangat nyaman. Banyak restoran. Dibutuhkan sekitar 10 menit untuk pergi ke Pasar Shekou. Juga sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke dunia air. Kamar hotel juga sangat higienis dan bersih. Saudara Li adalah selalu tersedia dan merupakan karyawan yang baik. Hotel harus menambahkan mesin kopi untuk sarapan., makanannya oke.

Hotelnya baru dan bersih, kamarnya masuk akal tapi kecil. Tapi desainnya kurang user-friendly. Pintu kamar mandi dekat dengan lantai dan terbuka ke luar. Di sebelahnya ada pintu toilet yang juga terbuka ke luar. Tidak ada cara untuk meletakkan handuk lantai. Sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki ke Sea World atau Pasar Shekou

Second time staying here; great service and easy check in; robot delivers food to your door 🚪 Love the comfy QS beds and huge LED TV to connect my laptop to for watching movies; Great shower pressure too. Close to Laojie Street and Shuiwan Metro and dozens of Western restaurants near SeaWorld. Look forward to staying again!

The exterior or environment near hotel is not as ideal. A bit chaotic as the nearby has a lot of local stores. However the staffs service is optimal and very polite. The room need slight touch up and the carpet on the hall way need some cleansing . The bed is comfortable and clean, I had a very good sleep 😴 and really appreciate the cleansing lady’s greeting and smile.

Great hotel, The metro is very close just 5 min walk and you can take line 2 which go directly to electronics market (15 stations). Taxi will cost less than $9. The hotel located in an area with many small shops and restaurants. It was safe to walk at anytime. The staff are the best I met in China every single one was so nice and helpful . Front desk receptionists always great you with smiles and always offer their help. Other staff were all nice and helpful. Room was adequate for my purpose and bathroom was clean and hot water was good pressure. In all if I go to Shenzhen again I will stay in the same hotel.

The hotel was in a good location, close to Seaworld wifh the restaurants and bars. The rooms were very clean and gave all the basics needed for a night's stay. Some rooms have no natural light, the hotel have made effectuve uae of the soace and created small windows with a manmade 'outside' where artficial lights turn on and off for day and night to give the appearance of natural light. We were fine with this as we only used the room to sleep. The breakfast was also very good. We would recommend this hotel to travellers to Shekou looking for a place to sleep for a few nights.

地點非常方便，就在水灣站c出口步行3分鍾便到。早餐選擇不多，味道可以，湯粉最好味，咖啡5得。房間空間大，投影正有電影感。廁所浴室分開，讚。 附近很多吃的地方及有超市和便利店。 員工小李非常好。笑容好，有禮貌，讓我們一進酒店便有賓至如歸的感覺，真好。 這是一間性價比非常好的酒店，還會再來。

同一樓層的客人從十二點多一直吵鬧到將近凌晨兩點，給前台打電話希望能幫忙溝通協調後，被直接告知無法介入，這是其他客人的私隱，並且前台也沒有耳塞提供，具體音量可以參考下面視頻。 私認為作為一家酒店，最基本職責就是保證每一位住客的睡眠體驗，在此基礎上，酒店以個人私隱問題規避自身責任，差評。
