Hotel Dengan Kolam Renang di Lesser Poland, Polandia

Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

Хороший отель на окраине Кракова. 10 минут пешком до станции поездов, откуда 7 минут до аэропорта. В номере была вода, чайник, чай и кофе. Рядом, через дорогу - Макдональдс.

Just an amazing hotel for veeeery reasonable price. Location is not great, really nothing around, but it’s green and peaceful. On the way from the airport to city center Big warm rooms, perfect bed, good breakfast, you will really have everything there Nice gym and great swimming pool with spa I definitely will stay there again

The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland. Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague. Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel. Overall, would go back just for the hotel

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.
