Check in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

This lovely hotel has fabulous staff who attend to the minutest details. The rooms are spacious, and the Legacy rooms are beautiful and give you an ultra-luxury feel. The food is fantastic, with an excellent choice of Bengali cuisine besides Indian and Continental options. Good pool and lovely central location

Kami memesan malam di sini di hotel Holiday Inn Kolkata. Saya telah tinggal di Holiday Inn chennai juga. Namun, standar kebersihan dan fasilitas kamar, perlengkapan kamar ***di, dan lantai ren*** dan beberapa area juga terasa tidak bersih. Lantai di kamar juga kurang kebersihannya. Mereka juga memiliki sprei robek di tempat tidur kami yang saya minta mereka lepaskan dan mereka dengan cepat dan rajin menggantinya. Namun saya kecewa karena finishingnya memeriksa apakah kamar dalam kondisi baik untuk tamu berikutnya perlu perbaikan. Dindingnya tidak berkilau. Dan kami membayar sekitar 62 EUR. Mungkin mereka perlu memeriksa standar Holiday Inn lain seperti di Chennai. Makanan yang kami pesan enak. 10/10 tentang itu. Namun entah bagai***a merek Holiday Inn dan yang kami alami di Kolkata sangat tidak cocok. Saya harap mereka menyelidiki semua ini.

Honestly speaking, the hotel was great. The location was a bit far from the airport, BUT it is located at one of the cleanest places in Kolkata, making it a huge plus. Now for the details: Room: 5/5. The decoration, the ambiance, the wall art. Lobby and other places: 5/5. Absolutely loved the design and hotel architecture. Bathroom: 3.5/5. Honestly, it is a basic bathroom, but I expected more from a 5 star hotel, even on the cheaper rooms. There was no bathtub, which I feel is fairly common everywhere I’ve stayed in. ONE PROBLEM: A major issue I have faced was after turning on the water. It had a smell, which I am guessing is from the river beside it. I feel like the Hotel should add a water filter to avoid this problem, because the smell doesn’t go away until the water is turned on for at least 5-10minutes. If I wasn’t South Asian, I probably couldn’t have taken the smell as easily as I did. I would put this in High Priority to fix for attracting many more customers. Bar and Food: 4/5. Good collection, great taste but very expensive. Lastly, a shoutout to Al Jabbar and Al Sahid from the Housecleaning service, they were extremely polite, fast, very thorough with their cleaning and very well mannered. Absolutely a delight to talk to and learn about the local areas. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very rare to find such good hotels, with some minor flaws.

Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff
