My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel nestled in the high-tech district of Xi'an, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable, with standout staff like Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room was not only spacious but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, offering a comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious options. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an. I stayed at Sheraton Xi’an North for a full week and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it extremely convenient for getting around Xi’an. Housekeeping was consistently excellent throughout my stay, and the hotel facilities were top-class. But what truly made the difference was the outstanding service — especially from concierge staff Xiao Han (小韩). He went above and beyond every single day, offering genuinely warm, thoughtful, and proactive assistance. Whether it was helping with transportation, giving detailed local tips, or assisting with last-minute arrangements, Xiao Han always handled everything with sincerity and professionalism. His extra-mile service really elevated my entire stay and made me feel well taken care of. If you’re visiting Xi’an and want a hotel with both great hardware and exceptional people, Sheraton Xi’an North is an easy recommendation. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.
