I recently had the pleasure of staying at HNA Redbuds Hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, especially considering the affordable price. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxurious amenities offered by the hotel. Upon check-in, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcomed and ensured a smooth process. The lobby area was clean, elegant, and tastefully decorated, giving me a positive first impression of the hotel. As I made my way to the room, I couldn't help but notice the attention to detail in the hotel's interior design. The hallways were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. My room itself was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly cozy, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of HNA Redbuds Hotel was the bathroom. Equipped with modern fixtures and featuring a refreshing shower, it provided a pleasant and invigorating experience every time. The hotel also provided complimentary toiletries and fresh towels, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall quality of my stay. In terms of facilities, HNA Redbuds Hotel truly delivered. The combination of affordability and quality made it the perfect choice for my stay. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and I slept very well at night. The bath water temperature is very comfortable, and the washed clothes can be sent back to the room, which is very considerate. The breakfast is rich in variety and meets all tastes. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is close to everything. I will choose this place next time I travel.

This stay was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The location of the room was excellent, and the ski resort was only a few minutes' walk away. There was a convenient supermarket and restaurant on the first floor, and takeaways could be delivered directly to the room. Whether you were here for tourism or skiing, it was extremely convenient. It was very close to the best rime viewing spot in Jilin City, but unfortunately I didn't get to see it this time. I can only look forward to feasting my eyes next time.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! 1. Halal food restaurant is about 340m from hotel. direction shown in picture. 2. Cute towel little bear to welcome us inside the room. facilities very good. hope they can provide vegetarian item so that i can eat the welcome snack inside room. but its ok, my friend can eat it and she enjoyed the snack & soup. 3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them. 4. Hotel is near changchun railway station. Go inside another building Infront of Changchun railway station and seek for chungyi hotel as shown in picture. find remnin st sign direction.

It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

Phase 2 is just 8 mins walk to the Ski Resort. There is a bar, restaurants and groceries just below the hotel. The housekeeping service is great. Because of the snow, the room might get wet from the shoes but the housekeeper comes in daily to clean the room. The buffet breakfast is in the Korean restaurant next to the ski resort. It is 28rmb but mine comes with it for free. Many selection of Chinese breakfast food. Good sound proof wall. No reception or person to welcome you but you can add the manager’s wechat. He will send you the door number password. He can also help you rent ski equipment , get ski tickets or rent a car to the airport (1.5 drive, 320rmb) . You can also take the shuttle bus (2hrs, free) but check the timing as it is only 3 times a day. Bed is comfy and water temperature and pressure are just right. There is no facilities. You can go to Seibu Price hotel and pay 158 for gym, pool and hot spring. It was awesome and it’s walking distance. I will stay here again because of value for money!

Pros: - Extremely strategic location to locations below: 1. West Market 延吉西市场 - (5-7 mins walk) 2. Dong Fang Floating Market 延吉东方水上市场 (3-5 mins walk) 3. Yanji Red Net Wall 延吉红墙 - (10-15 mins walk or 3 mins by Didi/Taxi) - Friendly staff with much to recommend for activities and attractions - Free coffee and welcome drink at lobby area Cons: - Room comes with very narrow walking space - Do not have a proper wardrobe and much space, especially to hang multiple winter jackets - Our road facing room on level 2 was exposed to some noise from the traffic from main road - Access walkway from lift to room comes with curbs that are not easy to pass with heavy luggages Overall (Summary) - Hotel with great location to many places which is a plus point and staff is always ready to recommend local food places. Great service with much of smile. Will book again should get to visit in the near future.
