The hotel is great value for the money you pay. All the staff is super friendly. They helped us if questions appeared. Big thanks to the receptionist who helped us and sent our delayed Taobao parcel to Beijing after we left. It was super helpful. Very clean they clean every day, bring clean towels, water and tea. The lift worked well. The breakfast was quite good - both western and Chinese options and vegetarian options appeared. Right in the city center of Hohhot. Comfortable bed. Nice cosmetics in the shower Close to many shopping malls and not too far from underground and bus stop. Nice modern design. Small shop in the hotel, very convenient. All was fine.

Check-in dilakukan di Pusat Penerimaan Resor, bukan di Pusat Pengunjung. Kualitas makanan di sini bagus. Saya tidak mencoba hot pot. Prasmanannya sangat enak. On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. This village home stay is fantastic. The staff / family customer service is excellent and they really made us feel at home. We stayed 6 days and would love to come back. Since we didn't have a car, they gave us 2 bicycles to use. We rode into then mountains and into the town center. A lovely place to stay.

Lanyang Lindun Hotel is truly an amazing hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any service-related issues. Even though we faced some language barriers, the English-speaking manager connected with us through WeChat and handled our requests smoothly and efficiently. If you are visiting this city for business or with family, this is definitely the place to stay. In my case, my family and I had to spend a few days in Hohhot. Although our booking period ended and we initially planned to move to another hotel, we decided to extend our stay here—and it was the right choice. The main reason was our children, who absolutely love swimming. They spent nearly four hours a day in the pool. Unlike other hotels where the pool and fitness center come with extra charges, here everything was free of cost. I will certainly stay here again when I return for business.
