The location was great and I really liked the free transportation ( you should boocked it earlier by contacting the front desk)— super convenient! Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. The pancakes were already gone even though the buffet had just started about 30 minutes earlier. Also, both coffee machines at the reception weren’t working — one was broken and the other kept showing an error. When they tried to fix it, they had to turn it off completely, so unfortunately, no coffee in the morning.

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

還可以，一分錢一分貨。靠高速邊上，但朝另外方向的房間也很安靜，連住了三個晚上，但中間沒人打掃房間不過也無所謂。進酒店門是個小lobby ，穿過才能去房間，這樣感覺安全很多，下午沒事就在小lobby沙發上泡茶喝，有免費的開水和咖啡提供。去哪都不遠。但是得有車

Accidentally booked this hotel during the Days of the Dead event that was going on at the hotel that weekend. So when I arrived I was surprised by many of the attendees, but some absolutely interest costumes and people were there. Even saw Alice Cooper and several stars of the current hit movie Terrifier hanging out in the lobbies and at the restaurant. This hotel is located across the street from the convention center and also the Rosemont Theater and close to O'Hare. That was my biggest problem, so many loud planes flying over (very closely) all through the night. My room was on the side next to the Rosemont Theater and their very bright sign was a little annoying, especially since the blinds don't close all the way to block off the light or help with sound reduction. As with most busy hotels, the unfortunate noises from other guests slamming doors or taking a shower is something I might expect at a lower name brand hotel - unfortunately these problems are present at this location too. My room purchase came with free breakfast buffet at the restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. A wide variety of fresh fruits and standard breakfast foods, all laid out nicely and neat. I would hit this place up for breakfast anytime I am in that neighborhood. Staff was friendly, took the hotel shuttle back to O'Hare. Has a decent size indoor pool and a couple of workout rooms, which I didn't use. Also had a Caddyshack themed bar and restaurant, food was also decent there.

TTamuThe staff unfortunately didn’t provide much detail at check in, I had to ask after everything was said and done where exactly our room was and they had a hard time explaining that. Had to return as our booking for 3 adults in the room they only provided 2 towels. Didn’t advise any info about checking out just asked us to make sure we knew the TVs weren’t working in our room. Also needed to ask for more info on where the ice machine was, if a little map maybe had been provided or something to forgo the questions would’ve been helpful.  The room itself was tidy except for some bugs on the sheets on one of the beds which and been wiped into the sheet and then obviously not changed afterwards. Other a decent budget motel if you want to figure things out yourself.

TTamuThe hotel had too many reservations for our room type and switched us too a larger room. Unfortunately the reason we booked the 2 double beds was because we were 2 opposite sex friends sharing a room. The hotel could only offer a roll-in or use of the rooms ”daybed”.  Additionally there was a large group staying in the hotel and the elevators became overwhelmed which meant we had to use the freight elevators. This was also true in the evenings for security reasons. Overall the staff did their best given the circumstances but it was not a great experience.

TTamuClaridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nnabiki2The location near the airport and affordability were the pluses. On the surface the room appeared mostly clean but there are cockroaches running around in the evening. To stay for the one night when I had an early flight it was okay, but maybe I’d check out other locations nearby next time.

TTamugood location clean spacious rooms with hot shower but the Bed! The best Bed Ever i have slept in! What a great nights sleep!  Surprised but the roof top bar great food and DJ Shout out to Tony mixologist and food recommendations! i should give it more stars but alas its a little dated and the coffee vouchers suck only drip or tea! and the girl at the coffee bar needs a schooling in happiness what a grouchy
