Pet Friendly Hotels in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

It was my first time staying here. I saw the high ratings online and decided to try it out. It was worth the trip. The boss was very friendly and responsive. He answered my phone call in one second and listened to my requests patiently. I have to give him a thumbs up. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and comfortable, the room had good lighting, and it was very quiet. It was also very convenient to take a taxi around. It was very close to the airport. The hotel was actually better looking than the photos. The layout was very reasonable and the facilities were very new. The sanitation was very clean, and the hotel management was very good. It was very quiet at night, and the pillows were especially comfortable. I slept well all night. The boss was very reliable. He replied in seconds every time I contacted him. I could also eat Chinese food made by the boss himself, which was very authentic and healthy. It soothed the Chinese stomach and made me feel the warmth of my family in a foreign country. If I hadn't followed the tour group later, I really wanted to stay here all the time. It is the first choice for Chinese people traveling in Cairo and I will buy this hotel again.

After 13 hours in a plane without hotel reservation it was the first that come over to my trip, I just try it and I don’t regret even one single cent that it cost! Staff extra friendly, always attentive to the kids, just imagine that you flight 13 hours with two kids and then the manager of the hotel give you a free buffet breakfast! Yeah that’s what Mohamed Khattab did!the whole hotel extra clean, the room as they show in the pictures confortable, the pool was amazing…. In general this is a hotel that I’ll recommend to anyone that wants to have a really relaxing family time!

Excellent hotel with a great service quality worthy of the ritz name. The staff are very good and helps you with all your requests. The rooms and spacious and well kept.

The hotel just opened in January, the facilities are very new, the staff service is also very enthusiastic. The Lebanese restaurant on the first floor is delicious. The original reservation of the Tomb View Hotel had problems, so I booked this hotel on the day, the price is not expensive, the double beds are large, and the Simmons mattress is comfortable. Thank you very much.

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience. Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them. I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind. I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

Throughout our stay, the staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were impeccable and extremely comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient to major attractions in Maadi, which we also enjoyed.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, near Liberation Square, but it is really hard to find because there is no sign outside. If any friends see this review, they can look at the house number in Figure 5 and find it according to the house number. There is a bakery next to the corridor. After entering the corridor, take the elevator to the 5th floor and you will see this hotel. This hotel is the most cost-effective one in this price range that I have stayed in Egypt. The room is quite spacious and the bed is clean and hygienic.

The room was clean and tidy and comfortable, and the service was thoughtful, especially the Chinese aunt who was cooking. She was very warm and generous, the transportation was convenient, the boss was young and had communication skills, and everything was in place. I would go to Egypt and stay at this hotel in the future.
