We were given the old wing which was old and worn out. Definitely a no-no and will never visit again. We stayed here 2yrs ago and love the location/rooms as they were modern n new. The old wing area is not suitable to host guests at all. From lift to room corridor, to the room inside and the toilet. Bad condition. Torn carpet with tape, peeling wardrobe door, cracked bathtub, room ceiling mouldy and webs. It was obviously an abandoned and under maintenance with no cleaning service place. The 2 nights stay was unbelievably unbearable.

The restaurant does not require reservations, so there may be long wait times when it is busy, but apart from that, you can walk to DisneySea (a taxi is only about 800 yen) and there is a large public bath, so it is a very nice hotel!

The resort is big, staffs are very friendly. We got the connecting room for a family of 5 and it’s big. We enjoyed the dinner buffet food choices and it’s nice that they have a complimentary drink for every guest, me and my husband loved that part so much as we got to enjoy our wine while having dinner after a long tiring day of flight 😊. Will definitely book again.

Nice hotel near Disney, they have free shuttle to the park, service was great! I wished I had paid attention about the spa earlier! Really nice and cheap, the convenience store in the second floor comes handy

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good~ A great place for vacation away from the city The station is right next to it, so it's very convenient to take a bus. If you want to buy something, you can just go to LaLaPort next door. There are also convenience stores, McDonald's, and izakaya nearby, so eating is also very convenient. There is a massage service available by appointment. It is a Japanese massage technique. People who are used to stronger massage may feel unsatisfied. The bathhouse is medium-sized, with two main pools, which is fine for pure relaxation. Breakfast is buffet style, the price is on the high side, and the dessert cakes are very delicious Overall it's very comfortable, really relaxing and stress-relieving I like it very much. I will try other branches in other areas in the future.

It's nice that it's close to the airport. You can use the luggage storage service and hot springs even before check-in, so I dropped off my luggage there, took a nap in the sleeping space, and then headed to Makuhari Messe. By the way, there is a free shuttle bus that runs between the airport and Sora no Yu. If you're going to Makuhari Messe from the countryside, this might be the only choice. However, since it's a capsule hotel, there is of course the issue of noise while sleeping.

This was my first time on a family trip. After the typhoon passed, some areas in Chiba had power outages, but this area was not affected at all. I travel to different areas of Chiba every year, but access to this hotel was very pleasant with no traffic jams and a lot of greenery. There are walking paths around the hotel, so we enjoyed an easy walk. There are slopes and stairs, so sneakers are recommended. On the first floor, there is a spacious front desk, a pool changing area, a lounge with free drink service, a playground, and toilets, so the walking distance is short and convenient. There are snacks and juices, so moms and dads enjoyed the free drinks with their children. At the free dring, beer, sparkling wine, and white and red wine are served by the bottle from the server. Snacks include pretzels and fried rice crackers, and other sweets such as sweet gummies and marshmallows. It was enough for a few drinks. By the way, the spirit service from 9 p.m. also had the same drinks. Dinner is a buffet and alcohol is available all you can drink. The tantanmen noodles for dinner were very delicious with a thick soup and thin noodles. You cannot take drinks back to your room, but as I wanted to take a bath after breakfast I filled a thermos with hot coffee and took it back to my room. The room was clean and the extra bed was a little small but we had a comfortable stay. There were a lot of pre-school and elementary school children swimming in the pool and there was not much shade, so it could be better if they were more considerate. We walked along the promenade to the beach, and the water was quite tolerable and colder than the pool, so it was good for those who want to cool off. Used by family for GW. It seems that many people used dinner (Izakaya) at the restaurant until late at night. Facility: The new building is beautiful. Free coffee, paid laundry, ice machine, and hot springs are available at the front desk. The room has a chair, a table, and a stand light, and is well-equipped for both work and study. There is no problem with the area. Meals: Since it's a business hotel menu, there are several types of Japanese and Western dishes (no fruit) I think the reception was good. It was a comfortable hotel that made me want to stay again. Especially since the large public bath was a hot spring, it was the best! Although it was used for consecutive holidays, the front desk and meals did not appear to be unusually crowded.

Stayed here as we needed to be at Narita Airport at 630am the next day. The area was quaint and pleasant with small shops and cafes. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, our room had no shower (only toilet). We went to the indoor public bath at the accommodation to take a shower and soak in the bath. Overall a great stay! Thanks to the reception for helping us call a taxi in the morning to the airport.
