Karena kota Seattle mahal, saya memilih hotel ini karena dekat dengan bandara. Jaraknya kurang dari 15 menit jalan kaki dari bandara. Jalannya lurus, jadi Anda tidak akan tersesat, dan sepertinya ada bus antar-jemput 24 jam, jadi jika Anda membawa barang bawaan yang berat, saya sarankan untuk naik bus. Fasilitasnya agak tua, tetapi sepertinya banyak awak pesawat yang menginap di sini, jadi kamarnya sangat luas dan Anda diberi air dan kue saat check-in. Ada Subway dan beberapa restoran di seberang jalan. Hanya ada mesin kopi di kamar, jadi akan lebih baik jika ada ketel listrik.

Pelayanan meja depan sangat bagus, kamarnya besar dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Hotelnya agak ketinggalan jaman sehingga harganya relatif lebih murah tetapi memanfaatkan apa yang tersedia dengan baik Bus antar-jemput bandara gratis nyaman dan berangkat tepat waktu (setiap 20 menit, tanyakan jadwal ke hotel). Namun saya tidak dapat mencapai hotel dengan telepon gratis di tempat penjemputan bandara, untungnya bus antar-jemput menjemput tamu hotel lainnya dan pengemudi dengan baik hati menjemput kami juga setelah verifikasi.

I stayed in SeaTac Inn at 13 Oct 2024 and I would like leave a trace. This Inn location is good because near to Tacoma airport and the price also affordable and they give free shuttle too. If there is no trouble with the phone line, you can use the free phone service in the Courtesy vehicle area to call the hotel for the pickup, but unfortunately the phone was not work on that date so we decided to use Uber to reach this Inn. About this Inn, I can say it is pretty comfy for your overnight stay especially if you have early morning flight. Even the Inn look dated but everything is work, just the door is not easy to open for me but if airconditioner and the warm water for bath are work so no problem because this Inn is pretty clean. The front desk staff also very helpfull.

4 days 3 nights Washington road trip. This hotel bit outdated and okay cleanliness because I found a piece nail in the room. But the service, location and food was perfect. So some good but some bad.

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

TTamuThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

TTamuWe stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

PPengguna AnonimThere were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
