The room is quite big, with a big balcony. I got a free upgrade from a garden view room to a lake view room. The private beach is great, you can snorkel, better than any beach I've seen in Bali. The hotel area is relatively pristine, with greenery, lagoons, and sandy roads.

probably the best value hotel in bangka. - room service food is ok and not overpriced - my mom asked for her towel replacement because it smelled weird but they ran out of towels overall worth the price with all the convenience. 4/5 👍

No frills value for money hotel in perfect location along the shopping *****. The room and amenitues is bare. Pilllows, bedsheets and quilt smelled very bad. But the staff responded quickly and change all of them when we told them about it. All the staff very friendly, helpful accomodating and give excellent service. Will stay again when visiting Bangka

The location of this hotel is strategic as it is situated in the city center of Pangkalpinang. However, in terms of its service, I believe it is lacking. I accidentally spilled a drink on the hotel bed, but the bedsheet was not changed. While the hotel is very affordable, cleanliness and comfort are essential to me. Thank you

Room cleanliness is mediocre according to the price too, breakfast is a spacious and comfortable place with quite a varied menu and mediocre taste. The outside view is pretty good with a sea view, very good service.

The location near the market but the hotel will need some renovation as there are holes and cracked on the walls and there were spiders in the rooms too. The service nevertheless is good as they patiently let us choose the room that we want and attend to us immediately to our needs

The view from the room is very good, you can directly see the sea and the island opposite. The hotel also provides free cars to the pier for island hopping, and bicycles are also provided. It is very convenient to go indo when you leave the hotel. Next to the hotel is a local fishing village. If you are interested in local culture, you can go and have a look. The scenery is very good, but the breakfast is average, and there are a lot of flies in the restaurant, but this price is highly recommended and cost-effective. I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock and told us that I could only check in at 2 o'clock. It would be better if we could check in earlier.
