Our stay in the Hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The hike up to the bright peak is only 15 minutes to watch a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast is rich and varied. Our stay was especially wonderful because of the kind service provided by Xiao Yang. She was always available and very helpful to us and answered all of our many questions. She is an excellent hotel employee!

This was the most expensive hotel in my whole China trip by far but it was also the best restaurant with amazing breakfast options. The room was just okay, not bad but not worth the price and it had no view from the room even though it is marked as Mountain View. It is also far (about 1 hour hike) away from the closest popular points to watch sunrise and sunset. I would consider a different hotel next time that is closer to the hiking route because it took us almost 8 hours to hike here after taking the Yuping cable way up. It was almost dark when we arrived at the hotel and we headed up the mountain at 9 am.

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise me. The staff was nice in general, and responded quickly to my requests. There are some areas for improvement. At the breakfast, I ordered dumpling. The service staff, who prepared dumpling for me, did not wear a mask. I saw him using his dirty hands, which just cleaned his nose, to add ingredients to the bowl. This was disgusting. The signs for the elevators near the entrance to the mall are misleading in indicating the floors that the elevators can reach.

We were please to stay in your Hotel and can recommend this Hotel.  A very friendly check in! The receptionist was very kind and courteous. There was also directly the Agent who get in touch with us. Via WeChat he gave us a lot of information about the current weather in Huangshan Mountain, the times of the sunset, sunrise and was any time available via WeChat for other questions or support. Then he brought us the our room. Our room was very nice decorated and equipped with everything you need. It was also very clean. The most noticeable were the modern shower and toilet! We had a breakfast and dinner in the Hotel. Both of them was a Buffet with a large selection of different dishes with high quality. At this point a great thanks to the kitchen staff. Very conveniently located right opposite the huangshan scenic area bus station/entry point. Hotel upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Lots of eating places around. Modern and clean. Would recommend and stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

Although the price is definitely a little high, it makes sense for a hotel situated on top of a mountain. The public areas were bright and spotless. The room I booked was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom did have bits of black on the ceiling. Can’t beat the location though, as it’s close to a great spot to watch the sunset/sunrise. Appreciate especially the helpful service and timely communication from Kai at the front desk, who was also kind enough to share his photography of the night sky. I was able to get a few cool shots at a scenic outlook he had recommended. Maybe because I went a little late, but the dinner buffet was pretty mediocre. Overall a very good stay. Would book again, but maybe choose other food options.

Clean and comfortable. Tunxi Old Street is just a block or two away. What stood out to me the most was the customer service. The people at the front desk were very warm and friendly. They noticed me standing outside in the cold for quite a bit after I checked out and assumed I needed assistance so one of them went outside to ask where I needed to go next. I was actually just waiting for my Didi but I appreciated the gesture. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

I had a great time staying at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and everything was well-organized. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from my window, which made my mornings so much better. The hostel also had a lovely garden where I could relax after a day of sightseeing. It was conveniently located near a major transit station, making it easy to get around the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I enjoyed cooking my own meals there. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the main attraction, which is awesome, because it is walking distance. The room was very nice and very hot, which we highly appreciated during this winter. We arrived late in the evening, and we had to call the hotel so they could open the gate for us. Also, the hotel's name is only translated from its Chinese characters, meaning the words Holiday Inn are nowhere to be seen, but other than that, we had no other inconveniences.

Best location if you are bringing elderly families there. Near Yuping cable car. Old building so has the old smell but clean otherwise. Has extra jacket if needed, tea,coffee,water,heater You get a “ butler” on arrival who will message you about weather, sunrise sunset time or answer any questions

This hotel has a nice environment and is very decorated. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is considerate and thoughtful. In particular, the two front desk staff Liu Ling and Song Hongrui are very good and enthusiastic. Thumbs up! It is a well-established five-star hotel. The location is very convenient. It is close to the subway ring road and the highway intersection, which makes travel very convenient. Unexpected breakfast, a lot of special food, much richer than other hotels, and the hotel's heated swimming pool and gym. At present, no other hotel gym can compare. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The location was also ideal—close to popular attractions but tucked away enough for a quiet night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip!

The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. There are shopping malls and aquariums nearby. It is very convenient for shopping and taking the kids out. It is very cost-effective. The front desk service is great. I will stay there again next time!

It locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view. The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles. There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies. It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.

My mother lives near the Olympic Sports Center. She always stays in the surrounding area when she comes here every year. She has stayed at Langham and Grand Hyatt. I feel that this time Swan Lake Hotel is particularly worthwhile. The room is large and comfortable, the lake view is beautiful, and the parking lot is large. It completely crushes other hotels. It is worthy of being the first five-star hotel in the government district, and the service attitude is also super good. The breakfast of the hotel is extremely rich and varied. The hotel has very good location which is close to the metro line 1 and line 2. Our room was on the 23rd floor, it's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.

This should be the best hotel in the northern part of Wuhu. Because of the cooperation project with Chery Group, I often stay here recently. If I come here by myself, I may choose a cheaper hotel, but foreign colleagues have higher requirements for accommodation when they are on business trips, so they will arrange to stay in this hotel. It is true that you get what you pay for, and the service and facilities are in place. However, the price is not particularly expensive, and the cost performance is quite good, so colleagues on business trips are very satisfied. The breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. The only small regret is that there are not many restaurants around, and if you want to eat, you need to cross the lake to the opposite business district. My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu was fantastic! The staff generously upgraded my accommodation to a lake view room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service and a beautiful view—highly recommended!

The executive room is indeed much larger than the business room, things can be spread out, breakfast is included, and the price is not too expensive. The first time I lived on the 9th floor, the second time I lived on the 6th floor, I heard the noise of the traffic on the road. The third time I lived on the 8th floor, the community was very quiet. I suggested to the front desk that I had a request for sleep sound. The service was very warm. The store was closed outside and I took a box of milk for the children to drink at night. Also correct, the coffee machine at the front desk is instant coffee.

I spent a long time choosing this hotel for this trip, and I was not disappointed at all. The surrounding scenery is super beautiful, and there is a beautiful river view when you go out. The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, which is great for lighting. The hotel room is very large and the facilities are also complete. The front desk service is very good and the reception is very warm. I especially praise the lobby assistant manager Xiao Xiuying for her warm reception from before check-in to check-out, and her thoughtful and considerate service. She helped us arrange the room in advance, and it was a very satisfying stay! Highly recommended to everyone!

The 5 ***** hotel, must have pool available for guests. I visited hotel 2 times so far, both times the pool was rented to some public groups who are not hotel guests. So if you want to use pool you have to share that small pool with 20 kids. To me it's not problem if people who are not guest are visiting pool. But if pool is all day booked by big group of people then pool is not available for guests, and in that case they don't offer ***** service.

Came to Wuhu for a trip, but it rained, so I went back to rest. The quilt was not very clean, and then I found a ball of paper in the corner. It was nothing at first, but later I found more and more problems. First, the toilet was crooked, and then there were hairs on the toilet. There were watermarks on the photos to see the time. How can I say this hygiene? I'm speechless.

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

The front desk lady was very friendly and the hotel environment was very good. The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is excellent, enthusiastic, efficient, and basically responsive. The room facilities are good, the TV also has VIP membership, and parking is free. I am very satisfied with my stay! Great! Great! !

Traveling to the beautiful Lugu Lake on holidays, visiting the scenic spot during the day, staying at Hanting Hotel (Lugu Lake Yaohan Store) at night, the hotel environment is good, comfortable to live.
