Nice hotel. Friendly staffs and very comfortable room. I have been a returning customer for few years now and i just love how the room is very convinient. Easy check in and check out. I was not asked for any deposits so far. The parking fee is RM4 per entry. Can make cashless payment. Breakfast is delicious with lots of varietes. They have a couple of vegetarian dish too. Definitely will return soon.

Great option for a quick, one-night stay if you're in transit. The hotel offers free airport transfer, making it very convenient, and it’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The location is ideal, and the free breakfast includes roti canai, which was a nice local touch. Perfect for a short, hassle-free stay before catching your next flight!

Plenty parking within the mall, use TnG card n get counter to scan ur card to pay only Rm5/ per entry. Luv the location as its above Nu Empire mall, plenty of restaurants n cafes and everything you get in a mall. Easy check out and staff were helpful and courteous.

Not sure why this is happening but on the day their aircond is not working and they said it's centralised with and the whole building have that issue. So the 1st room i checked in smells like algae also all the floor and wall is sweating not sure why. and i complain about it till i feel like i couldn't breath sitting there waiting . That's sucks for the 1st two hours waiting for the other room. But when I finally get to change the room and still the aircond is not working but better because the room is not as bad as the 1st one. But still i don't have any energy to complain more at that time. Actually i have treatment at IKN putrajaya so i informed in advance i need proper rest after that but still.

The level of courtesy, helpfulness, and downright exquisiteness of the hotel staff is outstanding! From the minute I arrived the entire staff made every effort to make me feel extra special and welcomed. The hotel went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and even provided a wonderful cake for my birthday. Thank you so much Doubletree i-city shah alam 💕🌸

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Sunway Resort Hotel! The direct pool access and special entrance to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park made everything so convenient. Breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill was outstanding, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, including a kids’ corner. The direct connection to Sunway Pyramid Mall was another great perk for shopping and dining. Service was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. If we visit Kuala Lumpur again, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for families.

Had a great stay at Tune Hotel Klia2. The location was great, just a 3 minutes walk from the airport. The room is also clean and the air conditioning also works well.

Overall good trip. Room was clean just the bathtub still had dirt that couldn’t go down the drain. Shower could get flooded if not careful. Great location near the airport and close to malls by car. Service was mixed we had some really excellent service from some but poor from some staff. Food at the club were just pasties so we had breakfast at the main area, was alright, choices were limited. Happy to have the cocktails at the nice club lounge. Gym was good. Pool was generally full of kids. Didn’t try the spa. Note the club is in a separate annex from the other rooms. Would consider returning for the location.

Hotel Review: A Great Stay for a Night Event I stayed at Putrajaya Marriot Hotel for one night to attend a night event, and I must say, everything was awesome! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being just a short distance from IOI City Mall, making it easy to explore the area. As for the room, although it was on the smaller side, it was surprisingly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were well-maintained, and I found the bed to be very cozy. Breakfast was definitely a highlight – it was super delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the meal and it was a great way to start the day. However, I did have a minor issue when the housekeeping knocked on my door a little too early before the check-out time, which disrupted my morning a bit. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event nearby or simply looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay. Rating: 4/5 – Great location, comfortable room, and amazing breakfast, but a minor hiccup with housekeeping timing.
