Hotel Dengan Parking di Minas Gerais, Brazil

I paid a good price when booking and managed to stay very close to the airport. The hotel offers coffee early for travelers, starting at 4:30 am, has a 24-hour reception and offers a transfer service at a very affordable cost.

Good hotel. The Wi-Fi could be improved, it practically didn't work all day. Another point, my registration didn't appear in the system so it took a while to make the reservation. Other than that, everything was ok, good.

Good value for money. The room had 2 single beds. I was alone, and it was perfect for me. The bed linens were clean. The room and bathroom were nice. The air conditioning worked well. There was a minibar that wasn't very powerful, but it kept the food cold. There were no products in the room, but there was water, soda, and beer at the reception for anyone who wanted to buy something. I preferred to buy something at a bakery that was nearby. My ”close” may not be the same as ”close” for others...lol. But it's on an avenue just above (Av. Portugal), about 1.3 km away. The bakery has everything, including self-service. I went for lunch and bought snacks for the afternoon and evening. On the way back, there's also a super fruit and vegetable market with very affordable prices for anyone who wants to buy fruit. Depending on the purpose of your trip, if you have the morning or afternoon free, there's a beautiful setting for a walk or a jog. Just cross the street. I didn't have any problems with noise during my stay. I was able to spend the day studying. There were a few guests who didn't have the manners to close the door slowly. I stayed on the 1st floor, apartment 203. From the side window, I could see part of the lake. The breakfast is simple but adequate... it has the basics (coffee, milk, juice, two types of fruit, bread, cheese, ham, cakes...) There's a sandwich maker to make you something. I can't say anything about parking, because I didn't have a car. So that's it! I went to take a test for a public exam, so for me it was easy and the service was good. If you don't want to walk, Uber shouldn't be expensive for that route.

Todos os funcionários são muito receptivos, educados , mas um jovem rapaz alto, claro que ajuda agente com a bagagem me chamou a atenção por seu carisma , simpatia, humildade nota 10000

O hotel tem boa localização, ficando fácil para promover o deslocamento na cidade de Belo Horizonte. Contudo, as instalações são mais antigas. O quarto é pequeno, conta com um frigobar (antigo) que funciona. Um guarda-roupas pequeno. A cama é grande e confortável. A tv funciona. Não tem tomadas disponíveis dentro do quarto. O banheiro deixou a desejar. Dentro do box, a área estava completamente mofada e com forte odor. O café da manhã é honesto e completo, recomendo. Experiência nota 5.

Hotel fulfilled what you promised, accommodation, services. The care may take a little while, because there are few staff depending on the demand of guests. Breakfast! Super varied, we need to leave before 7:00, but yet we could serve.

The location is excellent, the cleaning of the rooms leaves to desire, limited parking, and the cleaning of the bathroom and the shower water leaves to desire.

I paid extra for a queen bed, instead got two single beds tied to each other. Window does not seal perfectly, so there's some small street noise coming in. There was a crack in the wall paint near the window, and the ceiling of the shower had some black mould spots showing that ventilation in the bathroom is insufficient. On the rooftop, the glass panes around the tiny pool had lots of water stains. On the bright side: the church view from the window was great, the breakfast was plenty and decent, the HVAC worked well, the location is great to visit the handcrafts fair on Sunday, and the price was okay-ish.

Excellent reception service. Breakfast is excellent. Well located, ideal for anyone who would like to know the night life of the city and to travel during the day. I'll be back.

I feel a good service, since they have taken care of us quickly since the reception, the only problem is that the bathroom had a lot of cigarette smoke smell

The only disadvantage I had was the checkin that I was informed by phone that as it was 14:00 and I would arrive early in the morning could extend my checkout from 12:00 to 17:00, because I went to a party that would only be the night. After a lot of insistence, they accepted the extension by means of additional payment. Another hotel in the city was aware of the event and granted me the accommodation until the timetable of my event and another day.

The hotel is a long time to check in and nothing practical. The hotel is a very small hotel, and it is a very small hotel. I mean, if you wake up early and want to get the best sun that is the morning, you can, but nothing to get into the water before 10:00! Crazy! The park? This is just the same!! It is: if you stay in the hotel only one day to enjoy the park, you won't be able to! Because the hotel check-in is after 16:00 and the check-out before 14:00, exactly at the time when the park is ”working” and you enter or leave. Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time.

O hotel tem uma estrutura fantástica, nostálgica, que remete à bonança do período de sua inauguração, em 1929. No entanto o atendimento tem deixado a desejar, vê-se que falta treinamento aos funcionários para a categoria do hotel. Além disso falta zelo na manutenção das instalações. Em minha última hospedagem, por exemplo, não tive televisão disponível porque o cabo coaxial da tv encontrava-se partido, e como só percebi isso no período noturno de um domingo não seria possível o reparo. A fechadura do banheiro estava estragada, e substituíram-na por um trinco completamente deslocado da estrutura e decoração antiga do quarto. Os edredons disponíveis no quarto eram diferentes um do outro e de baixa qualidade, o que demonstra que a administração do Hotel está interessada em economizar ao extremo. Apesar disso a hospedagem é sempre prazerosa em um prédio histórico tombado que nos remete à riqueza da cidade no auge do ciclo cafeeiro no século passado. O café da manhã é inigualável!

The hotel is very spacious and very well located in the centre of the wells. Breakfast is well served. the service depends on the time and well. the location to park and the street is therefore the blue area during the day.

Wonderful hotel!!!! Food and drinks could extend until later!!! Some tbm activities!!! The 22:00 is closed and we see “sweet sweets”... we don't have drinks, food or activities, but we are la a curtir until a little later and we don't want to sleep... be suggested!!!

The facilities and swimming pools are excellent. I only left the room cleaning more attention as a point of improvement and more staff to the restaurant. With the great number of guests it was sometimes difficult to find a clean table. But the hotel is generally very good and the restaurant is excellent.
