Cozy and nice looking hotel near the center of Bruges. Nice location - near the center of Bruges but at the same time quiet and right next to the canal and bus stop. Lobby, halls and stairs areas look just gorgeous! Cool old furniture, paintings, statues etc. The stairs themselves are wooden and beatifully made. My room (number 2) had tall ceilings and huge windows facing the canal. Only wish it would have been on one of the upper floors. Same thing with old-style furniture in the room - that was nice and beatiful. But the old and worn power outlets were not that nice. Also, the fridge in the room was a joke - it sorta worked but didn't keep stuff in it cold, couldn't even handle a couple of beers. The bed was very comfortable and I've slept like a baby. The lobby zone was very nice to hang, really enjoyed having a beer in the evening, sitting there in one of the sofas. The breakfast was okay, not very diverse, but everything was tasty and fresh. A bit missed the porridge though. Overall, it was good experience, I've enjoyed my stay!

Absolutely looooooved this hotel! The room was huge, the king size bed was so comfy that I didn’t even wanna roll out of bed to have breakfast! I felt like a queen for a night but at an affordable price. Staff are all really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Bruges again. I’ll also recommend this hotel to everyone else.

What an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!

舒適乾淨，因為上次到來這邊一日遊的時候發現一個離酒店步行10分鐘外的park& ride 免費停車場,所以這次直接把車停在那裡，完美！

Saya memilih hostel ini karena lokasinya dan ulasan daring. Secara umum, saya katakan bahwa hostel ini bagus. Ada beberapa hal kecil yang dapat ditingkatkan dalam hal kualitas dan pemeliharaan gedung secara keseluruhan seperti memperbarui tempat tidur susun dan kedap suara. Mengenai layanan dan fasilitas, saya merasa staf berkomunikasi dengan baik dan memberikan penawaran yang memadai terutama tentang apa yang harus dilakukan dan ke mana harus pergi. Saya senang mengetahui bahwa mereka menyediakan penyewaan sepeda dengan harga terjangkau dan penyimpanan loker. Satu-satunya saran yang saya miliki adalah menyediakan sepeda yang lebih cocok untuk jarak yang lebih jauh jika Anda berencana untuk bersepeda ke pantai atau mengunjungi Belanda. Meskipun sepeda city cruiser cocok untuk berjalan-jalan di atas batu-batu bulat di dalam Bruges, sepeda tersebut tidak begitu bagus untuk perjalanan yang lebih jauh (setidaknya bagi saya) dan dapat membuat perjalanan menjadi berat, lambat, dan merepotkan. Saya menikmati perjalanan bersepeda ke utara dan kagum dengan keindahan, alam, dan lahan pertanian menuju pantai, tetapi sepeda benar-benar membuatnya kurang nyaman. Saya terus menginginkan sepeda jalan raya kecepatan tunggal yang sederhana sepanjang waktu 🫠. Sekadar bahan renungan😌 Selain itu, saya cukup senang dengan perjalanan saya ke Bruges. Walking distance to historical areas Head to the carpark lift and go to the upper level of the carpark, then walk along the carpark heading away from the station but parallel and you will see two glass lifts to the Ibis hotel. Don't follow google map which takes you to the rear of the hotels running along with the railway tracks as you have to walk around the whole block and back to the carpark lift. Very confusing and not good for people who have mobility issues. The escalators near the convenience store outside the station were not working, if you are mobile you can climb stairs but with luggage I'd recommend that you use the carpark lift. Buses you can tap on with your credit card or phone pay. There's luggage storage lockers at the station but expensive and once you lock you can't unlock until you are finished using otherwise you have to pay again, even if you paid already for many hours. Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Everything was perfect excepted the mattress is too soft and it makes your back pain. For Breakfast : Suggestion on all vegan drink, please make sure that the open date is not too long that suggested on the box otherwise the taste gonna gone off like I experienced Chocolate Soya ( it tasted sour already) Also, it would be nice if you have the signs tell what each item is due to not everyone knows and some they don’t eat pork, beef or chicken.

Very good hotel with parking just downstairs. Just around 10 to 15 minutes walk to different parts of Brugge. Convenient but avoided the trouble of driving into the busy city centre. This is also the very rare hotel with water machine on every floor, and the water taste good!

Great location, breakfast is okay but hot food is very limited. Overall is good but need proper laundry of towels, they are musty and stink, the smell sticks with you after drying yourselves with them.
