Hotel Dengan parkir di Styria, Austria

Lokasinya dekat stasiun kereta dan murah. Kamarnya juga bersih, tetapi area dapurnya kotor. Misalnya, kursi, tempat sampah yang meluap, dan wastafel yang tidak terawat. Selain itu, peralatan makan, piring, dan perlengkapan kebersihan yang kurang memadai membuat dapur sulit digunakan. Area umum ramai dengan musik yang diputar di atas kepala sehingga menyulitkan untuk bekerja. Secara keseluruhan, penginapan ini rata-rata, tetapi harga dan lokasinya bagus.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but  can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

Hotel ini secara umum bagus, bersih, dan nyaman. Tipe kamarnya tidak sedikit dibandingkan dengan hotel-hotel lain dengan harga serupa di Eropa. Lingkungannya tenang dan fasilitasnya relatif baru. Sangat cocok untuk perjalanan bisnis, keluarga, dan teman. Saya akan memilihnya lagi lain kali. Staf resepsionisnya sangat ramah.
