TTamuOnce inside my room it was clean I had an issue with my code to get in my room 2 people and 20 minutes later I was given a key cause no one could retrieve my code I was the third party checking in that day who had issues with their code I am not sure where the miscommunication is whether it is the booking company or the hotel something needs to be done
TTamuThe receptionist was friendly and explain everything to us. When we open the room door we smell a bad odor( like the room was closed for a long time and no body opened the window to have a fresh air) the building and the rooms needs an update, it’s old, specially the mattress, my brother in law didn’t sleep well and had a back pain because of the mattress.
The breakfast was ok,( toast, coffee, milk and juice)
They should upgrade the rooms.
NnordinyA decent budget hotel conveniently located near Penn State University. The room was clean and had the basic amenities like a microwave and mini-fridge. Breakfast was simple but enough to get you started—I was expecting better actually. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a good value for a short stay if you’re visiting the campus or attending an event.
