With a planned investment of 6 billion yuan, the attraction features three core zones: Cliff Adventure Park, Alpine Grassland, and Sky Ski Resort. Renowned for its seasonal highlights—"spring blossoms, summer retreats, autumn hikes, and winter skiing"—it offers visitors diverse and unforgettable experiences. (1) Sky Land Fairy Town: 100 daily performances Sky Land Fairy Town:Nestled within the Sky Land attraction in Anji County, Zhejiang Province, this mountaintop destination sits at an elevation of 1,168 meters. It paints a story of "those who see deer receive blessings, and those who protect green mountains attain immortality" using misty fairy markets, alpine entertainment, immersive interactions, dreamlike night tours, and traditional Chinese photo spots as its brushstrokes against the canvas of mountain peaks and sea of clouds. Visitors can fully immerse themselves in the mystical fantasy world of the fairy town, explore the traditional Chinese-style cloud market, capture ethereal misty scenes, participate in live-action NPC quests, and challenge diverse amusement rides. The fairy town harmoniously complements Sky Land's seasonal beauty, further illustrating the concept that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets." Night Tour in Xianxia Town:When night falls over the summit of Sky Land, the fantasy town of Sky Land sheds its daytime bustle and dons a veil of mystery, transforming into a dreamlike nighttime fantasy realm. Immerse yourself in this enchanting night, where the town sparkles with lights under the embrace of starry skies and sea of clouds. You'll step into a mesmerizing world of light and shadow, where mist-shrouded pavilions and towers appear faintly, as if you've entered a true celestial painting. The immersive interactive experiences gain an extra layer of mystery in the night, with encounters against elaborately costumed live NPCs. Participate in thrilling celestial quests where every step might trigger unexpected divine encounters. The traditional-style Cloud Market comes alive with unique vitality at night. Stroll through lanes where ancient charm meets neon glow, browsing diverse specialty shops that perfectly blend earthly warmth with fantasy charm. More than just an entertainment feast, it's a romantic interpretation of Eastern philosophy—"Those who see deer receive blessings; guarding green mountains is spiritual cultivation"—high above the peaks amidst rolling clouds. With lights reflecting the Milky Way and the fantasy town harmonizing with verdant mountains, it vividly portrays the poetic vision that "clear waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets." (2) Cliff Heartbeat Park: Push your limits and enjoy an adrenaline-pumping adventure Skywalk: Perched on a cliff at an altitude of 1,168 meters, this unique A-shaped structure extends 80.9 meters outward. Its fully transparent glass walkway mirrors the sky, creating a seamless connection between heaven and mountain peaks that feels like stepping into a dreamlike realm. As you walk across, you'll feel suspended in the vast clouds with a bottomless abyss beneath your feet and endless sky surrounding you. Each step quickens your pulse, offering an unforgettable thrill that breaks free from the ordinary and lifts you far above the ground. Cliff bungee: This wildly popular "gentler version of bungee" is a new "softened" bungee experience launched after upgrades in 2023, designed to help more people overcome psychological barriers and enjoy bungee's appeal. The platform stands about 20–30 meters high with a slower descent speed, taking approximately 10–15 seconds from jump to landing. By adjusting the rope's elasticity and descent speed, the landing becomes smoother, reducing the fear and intensity of traditional bungee. While visually less thrilling than conventional bungee, visitors still experience weightlessness and accelerated heartbeat during the jump, allowing them to enjoy bungee's excitement in a relatively safe environment. Cliff Swing: A group of swings set on the cliff edge offers you various swing lengths to choose from, including 4m, 6m, 8m, and 10m. Take a seat on the swing, give it a strong push in the wild mountains, and instantly feel the thrilling sensation of "hanging by a thread." Your body soars through the air with the swing's wide arcs, while the roaring wind in your ears feels like a hymn to courage. In this exhilarating experience, you'll deeply feel the vibrant pulse of life, and the stress in your heart will vanish into thin air. Via Ferrata Cliff Crossing: As a type of ironway climbing, Via Ferrata Cliff Crossing gives you the chance to navigate between steep cliffs. Equipped with professional climbing gear, follow the carefully laid iron cables and footholds to ascend step by step. During the climb, you'll not only test your courage and strength but also get up close to the breathtaking grandeur of the cliffs. Every exertion and movement comes with a surge of adrenaline, letting you fully enjoy the thrill of pushing your limits. In addition, numerous cliffside attractions such as the Crystal Corridor Bridge, Cloud Walkway, Sea of Clouds Boardwalk, Skywalk, Aerial Bicycle, Valley of the Winds, and Glass Walkway will take you on a breathtaking sensory challenge at the 1,168-meter-high mountain peak. Alpine grasslands: New Zealand in Zhejiang, where you can encounter dreamy pastoral scenery This high-altitude grassland in East China, situated at 1,168 meters above sea level with an elevation difference of 700 meters, maintains an average annual temperature of 14.7°C and boasts 93.2% vegetation coverage. It's an exceptionally rare premium natural grassland in southern China. Here, you can effortlessly visit the "Hobbit Village" without traveling all the way to New Zealand, as if instantly transported into a movie scene. Under blue skies and white clouds, exquisite wooden cabins are scattered across the vast grassland, while flocks of Dorper sheep, Shetland ponies, and alpacas graze and roam leisurely on the lush green meadows. Together they paint a picturesque pastoral landscape, allowing you to immerse yourself in this tranquil atmosphere and forget all worries and fatigue. Rainbow Grass Sledging: The vibrant slideway is composed of multiple bright and colorful segments, resembling a stunning rainbow descending from the sky and perfectly embedded in the emerald green grassland. When you sit on the sled and glide down from the top, your speed gradually increases as the wind rushes past your ears, delivering an exhilarating sense of velocity and thrill. At this moment, you'll feel like a soaring bird, freely racing along the rainbow-like track while experiencing the adrenaline rush. This exciting yet safe activity is beloved by visitors of all ages. Fun Valley Park: A paradise for family fun, Fun Valley Park offers a variety of interactive and exciting attractions, including the Sky Train, Cloud Speedster, Donut Grass Slide, and Bouncing Cloud. Kids can hop aboard the Sky Train and journey through the grasslands while taking in the scenic views. Avoid the crowds! Four real-life fairyland secret spots to check in for just 500 RMB per person, full of the same immortal charm as in movies and TV shows
Tired of the overcrowded popular tourist spots? Keep this fairyland travel guide hidden among the mountains and waters! These four lesser-known destinations let you escape the hustle and bustle of Wangxian Valley and Gexian Village. They feature the same immortal mountains as in "The Journey of Flower" and filming locations from "Black Myth: Wukong." With morning mist swirling around peaks, ancient temples for Zen listening, and lanterns reflecting on cliffs, you can immerse yourself in the bliss of "ascending to immortality" for just 500 RMB per person. Every snapshot looks like a classic ancient-style masterpiece.
Jinyun Xiandu: The real-life model of Changliu Immortal Mountain in "The Journey of Flower"
As the filming location for Changliu Immortal Mountain in "The Journey of Flower," Jinyun Xiandu’s immortal aura is ingrained in its very bones. The 200-meter-high Dinghu Peak pierces the clouds like the "world’s number one bamboo shoot." The scene of an old farmer leading cattle across a stone bridge in the morning mist of Zhutan Mountain looks exactly like a cultivation sanctuary from a fairy tale drama, and it’s not overly commercialized.
Key check-in tips: Be sure to arrive at Zhutan Mountain before 7 a.m., when visitors are less than one-tenth of the peak season crowd. Morning mist drifts over the creek; pay a small fee to have the old farmer cooperate for photos. Shoot from a low angle to capture water reflections with a mist filter for maximum fairy vibe. Dinghu Peak is even more stunning from a distance—no need to climb to the top. The flying eaves of Xiandu View perfectly frame the peaks for an ancient-style shot. Niweng Cave’s "Chuyang Valley" stone carvings glow under the morning sun, resembling a hermit’s secret cultivation realm. The plank road on the red cliffs of Xiaochibi transforms you into a "martial hero walking on flying eaves" when dressed in Hanfu.
Transportation: Take the high-speed train to Jinyun West Station, then a 30 RMB taxi directly to the site. Self-driving visitors can park in the scenic area parking lot for 10 RMB/day. The scenic area is free to enter; a 20 RMB shuttle bus is optional. Walking to explore Zhutan Mountain and Dinghu Peak saves on transport costs. Food must-tries include Jinyun baked flatbread from local farmhouses, freshly baked with preserved vegetable and meat filling for 10 RMB each, paired with water-nan glutinous rice mixed with fried dough bits and minced meat, rich in carb aroma.
Lishui Shisi Temple: The Zen secret realm from "Black Myth: Wukong"
Hidden deep in the mountains at 1000 meters altitude, Shisi Temple became popular due to filming for "Black Myth: Wukong" but remains peaceful. The Yuan Dynasty ancient architecture features flying eaves and dougong brackets with incense smoke curling. The temple’s wood carvings and murals are richly detailed. The thousand-year-old king cedar tree, with an 8.5-meter circumference, shades the sky with its branches and leaves. Legend says it was the "guardian tree" for immortal cultivation.
Blessing tips: At 7:30 a.m., monks begin chanting sutras. Arrive then to receive one of the daily limited 50 peace talismans. Incense is free and without gimmicks. For photos, shoot upward to showcase the "ancient tree supporting the sky" effect of the king cedar. In the afternoon, sunlight filters through the tree gaps onto the bluestone slabs, creating dappled light perfect for photos. A 10-minute walk leads to Xuehuaji Waterfall, which plunges from a hundred-meter cliff. On rainy days, mist fills the air like the "Water Curtain Cave," and best of all, it’s completely free.
Transportation: Take the high-speed train to Lishui Station, then a 2-hour shuttle bus toward Jingning to Daji Township, followed by a 10-minute walk. Self-driving via mountain roads offers scenic stops like the "Cloudy Daji" viewing platform for cloud sea photos. Recommended food includes Songyang slow-roasted salt chicken, whole chicken baked in a salt crust for 68 RMB each, paired with freshly caught creek fish stew, rich in wild mountain flavors. The mountain roads are rugged, so wear non-slip shoes and bring trekking poles on rainy days for safety.
Anji Yunshang Immortal Town: A real-life heavenly palace fairyland
At 1168 meters altitude, Yunshang Immortal Town brings the "Heavenly Palace" down to earth. Over 40 fairyland attractions are scattered around, with more than 100 immersive performances. When night falls and the lights come on, it looks exactly like a "palace in the sky." Take the cable car to the mountaintop, where the Nine-Colored Deer sculpture appears faintly in the mist. Turn on the "immortal filter" and instantly create a "fairy deer descending to earth" masterpiece.
Plan your visit by time: Enter at 2 p.m. to explore fairyland architecture, join the "Immortal Official NPC" for a "seeking immortals" quest, and win "immortal silver tickets" to buy ancient-style trinkets. At 7 p.m., the light show begins, turning the plank road into a "Milky Way walkway," with building lights forming a "heavenly palace barrier." Don’t miss the climax of the "Immortal vs. Demon Battle." Wearing Hanfu grants a 10% discount on admission. The 50 RMB rental set at the entrance is very cost-effective and fits perfectly.
Transportation: Take the high-speed train to Anji Station, then an 80 RMB taxi for 40 minutes directly to the site. Self-driving visitors can navigate to "Yunshang Grassland Scenic Area," parking costs 10 RMB/day. Admission is included in the Yunshang Grassland Scenic Area package, and booking in advance on Trip.com saves 30 RMB. Food highlights include crispy Anji white tea cakes and bamboo forest chicken soup made with free-range native chicken, both refreshing and delicious.
Yunhe Terraces: The immortal ladder in the mist
The largest terrace group in East China is hidden deep in Yunhe’s mountains, with over 700 terrace layers winding from the foot to the summit, resembling a "ladder to immortality" in the morning mist. At sunrise, golden light floods the fields; at sunset, the terraces glow red with evening clouds, just like a "spiritual vein treasure land" from a fairy tale drama.
Best viewing times: Arrive at 6:30 a.m. at the Jiuyunhuan Viewing Platform while the mist still lingers, making the terraces look like shattered mirrors spread across the mountains. In the evening, visit Qixing Dun, where the sunset dyes the terraces golden red—every shot is wallpaper-worthy. Avoid the crowded main scenic area; the terraces near Baiyin Valley ancient village are more pristine, and you can see villagers farming, full of a "hidden paradise" vibe. Stay in local guesthouses inside the scenic area for about 80 RMB per person to catch the sunrise without rushing.
From Lishui Station, take a Yunhe bus for 1 hour, then transfer to the scenic area shuttle. The roads are in good condition for self-driving. Recommended foods include stir-fried dried creek fish with green peppers, savory and flavorful, and glutinous rice cakes dipped in honey, soft and sweet—both authentic farmhouse flavors.
Practical tips & bonus advice
Choose light-colored Hanfu or cotton-linen clothing to blend better with the mountains, waters, and mist. Cloud and mist are thicker on rainy days, enhancing the fairyland feel, but bring non-slip shoes. These four spots can be planned as a 3-4 day self-driving loop. Jinyun Xiandu is less crowded on weekends; get up early to catch the morning mist at Zhutan Mountain without competing for spots. Don’t fall for incense money scams at Shisi Temple; peace talismans are free. Check the performance schedule on Trip.com in advance for Yunshang Immortal Town to avoid missing exciting shows.
These fairyland secret spots hidden among mountains and waters are free from the crowds of Wangxian Valley and the commercialization of Gexian Village. Listen to Zen in the morning mist, watch lanterns at dusk, chase the wind on the terraces—each place holds the Chinese people’s "fairyland sentiment." Pack your bags and set off to live a fairy tale dream you won’t want to wake from!

·
Except the Hobbit House

To be honest❗️You must come here when you come to Anji for the first time‼ ️
·
I come to Yunshang Grassland 3-4 times a year.
I heard that a new Hobbit town was built this time.
I came here specially with my friends to check in!
The Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are coming soon.
I have compiled some tips and suggestions for visiting Yunshang Grassland.
I hope this can help you avoid detours.
If you need it, you can collect it first❤️
·
❶ I sincerely recommend staying one night in the mountains, especially during holidays, it is important to avoid crowds‼ ️The starry sky-themed rooms at the 1168 Starry Sky Astronomy Hotel on the mountain are very distinctive, and the quality of the guest rooms is very high. It is very cost-effective to stay in the scenic area without tickets.
❷After going up the mountain and checking in, go to the cliff park to play the project first, do not go back. The order of play is: double swing-glass plank bridge-flying ferrata-single swing-air bike, and then play grass sliding-karting on the way back to the hotel
❸It is recommended to go to the Hobbit Town and Green Grassland to take pictures the next day, because the sheep are not released until the morning (not if it rains) and at this time the tourists at the foot of the mountain have basically not come up yet, so you have the entire grassland to yourself.
❹Go to the Cliff Heartbeat Park to play the projects. There are many steps to walk up, so be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and prepare some snacks and drinking water in your bag. There is only a simple station there. Restaurants are concentrated in the commercial street under the green grassland.
❺If the weather is good, you can get up early to watch the sunrise and the sea of clouds. The best viewing location is the sea of clouds plank road
❻The mountain is 1,168 meters above sea level, and the temperature difference with the mountain is conservatively estimated to be 6-8 degrees, so be careful to add or remove clothes
❼During the National Day, the time for descending the mountain in the scenic area is extended to 19:00. For friends who like night climbing, you can choose to hike up the mountain directly at night. After watching the sunrise, you still have a whole day to play in the scenic area projects. The main feature is a 24-hour fun in the cloud!
❽For camera positions, please refer to the pictures I posted. If you have any questions, please ask in the comment section and I will answer them when I see them.
·
🧗Friends who like night climbing can also choose the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, come to Anji Yunshang Grassland to encounter the same Hobbit Town as New Zealand, and challenge the 1,168-meter cliff park!
Explore green waters and lush mountains, encounter beautiful scenery

Just got back from Anji, here are some harsh truths
🌿 Anji Summer Escape Guide for July: Bamboo Sea Rafting + Cloud Prairie, 2 Days of Legs-Giving-Out Fun! 🌿
Known as Zhejiang's "ultimate bamboo paradise" hidden in Huzhou, just 1h by high-speed rail or 3h by car! In July, it's 5°C cooler than Hangzhou 🌡️, with endless emerald bamboo forests and cascading waterfalls. The rafting here will make you scream so loud it echoes to the next mountain!
🚀【2-Day Adventure Itinerary】
Day1: Bamboo Forest Oxygen + Canyon Screams
🌞 Morning: Head straight to China Grand Bamboo Sea (¥59 ticket)! Filming location for "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" – wear Hanfu for martial arts-style photoshoots. The new glass walkway offers panoramic views (not for the faint-hearted)!
🍜 Noon: Rush to Lao Li's Farmhouse for their signature Bamboo Chicken Stew – golden broth so rich it glows, meat so tender it falls off the bone!
🌊 Afternoon: Dragon King Canyon Rafting (¥168 ticket), 1.5hrs of thrilling rapids. Water splashes will drench you – waterproof gear is a must! Ginger tea awaits at the finish line to warm you up.
🌙 Evening: Stay at Anji Cloud Valley Homestay Village. Private courtyard villas with starlit bathtubs and galaxy views through bamboo – instant Instagram material!
Day2: Cloud Prairie + Artsy Town
☀️ Morning: Charge to Cloud Prairie (combo ticket ¥300+). Swing over cliffs with your soul left behind, grass sliding faster than rollercoasters! The mountaintop prairie looks like a Windows wallpaper.
🍖 Noon: Devour Bamboo Chicken at Water Margin Village – firewood-stewed with crispy skin and spicy dipping sauce so good you'll lick fingers!
🖼️ Afternoon: Explore Yu Village Cultural Market – retro Republic-era cafes and handicraft shops. Buy white tea sachets as souvenirs, a hipster's paradise!
🌌 Evening: Splurge at Anji Banyan Tree Resort. Private hot springs with bamboo views – expensive but worth every penny!
🔥【Must-Do Checklist】
1️⃣ North Zhejiang Grand Canyon (¥100): Waterfalls like natural AC, 3hr hikes with negative ions. Summit swing not for cowards!
2️⃣ Yu Village (Free!): Healing bike trails, photogenic lotus mountain mining ruins.
3️⃣ Hidden Dragon Hundred Waterfalls Rafting (¥120): Wilder than Dragon King Canyon – vertical drops will launch your raft!
4️⃣ Anji Bamboo Expo Park (¥80): Watch pandas munch bamboo, take bamboo forest trains – family spot!
🏨【Where to Stay】
Luxury: Ke Player Villas – infinity pool + floor-to-ceiling windows, straight out of "Little Forest"!
Budget: Hanting (Anji MixC) – ¥200+/night, central location steps from night markets.
🚌【Transport Tips】
Best by car! Scattered attractions, parking ¥10-20/day.
Buses: Anji Tourist Shuttle ¥20/day, but infrequent schedules will test your patience...
💣【Brutal Honesty】
👍 Highs: Rafting thrills! Cloud Prairie winds blow worries away.
👎 Lows: Summer crowds...1hr queues for 10min rafting; some farmhouse hygiene may trigger stomach warnings!
🍜【5 Must-Try Foods】
Tea-Fried Shrimp: Crispy shells with tea fragrance – eat whole!
Xiaofang Braised Duck: Marinated perfection – pairs with 3 bowls of porridge!
Dried Veggie Pancake: Crispy preserved veg + bacon (¥5 street snack heaven!)
Yan Du Xian: Salted pork + bamboo shoot stew – umami explosion!
Tianfu Fish Head: Reservoir fish + secret sauce – softer than tofu!
💰【2-Day Cost Breakdown】
Tickets: ¥527 (59+168+300)
Food: ¥276 (chicken stew ¥128 + bamboo chicken ¥98 + snacks ¥50)
Lodging: ¥600 (homestay) / ¥1500 (Banyan Tree) – hurts but worth it!
Verdict: Wallet lost 10lbs, but happiness gained 100lbs!
📌【Pro Tips】
✅ Must-pack: Sunscreen + bug spray – Anji mosquitoes will carry you away!
❌ Avoid: Rafting in rain – water turns into mudslides!
💡 Advice: Weekdays only! Weekends turn rafting into "dumpling soup"...
Anji is stunning, but ignore influencer filters! Mountain trails will cramp your legs, rafting may tan you black... But nature lovers will scream with joy! 💁♀️ Like for wealth this year, comment for queue-free rafting!
Returning from Anji
Took a vacation in Anji this June~ left completely satisfied
🌲 Anji is truly a massive green energy field, 99.9% composed of greenery. Immersed in it, I absorbed the full power of nature, shedding the social rust accumulated from the workplace.
🚗 Exploring Anji is best done by self-driving. The attractions are scattered, and the endless scenic views along the way make it perfect for a leisurely drive with stops—whether strolling through villages, trekking by the riverside, or stopping at any farmhouse for a taste of rustic mountain flavors when tired.
⛺️ I didn’t visit many spots, but each one was delightful: Xiaohangkeng, Yunxia Lakeside, Yucun Village, and Jiangnan Tianchi. Xiaohangkeng was especially stunning and photogenic—just a blanket and two chairs were enough for a blissful nap, leaving me refreshed.
🛣️ The scenery en route to the next destinations was breathtaking: 1️⃣ From "Yunshang Grassland" → "Yucun Village," passing by "Yunxia Lakeside," and 2️⃣ From "Yucun Village" → "Jiangnan Tianchi," with many soothing babbling streams along the way.
Help, Anji is so beautiful, I’m rushing over
Friends from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, I’ve found the perfect weekend escape from the city!! 🚗 A 3-hour drive straight there, perfect for hardworking weekend warriors to travel fast!!
🌿 Here’s the route guide for you all!
Day 1️⃣: Rice Field Café (Yunshang Grassland branch) → Check in at Banshan Zhuyin Hotel
Day 2️⃣: Squirrel Park → Cave Hot Springs → Banshan Book Café + Gym
🌾 Rice Field Café is truly amazing!! A real-life Monet garden, small houses surrounded by vast rice fields, every snap is a cinematic shot📸!
🏨 Banshan Zhuyin is legendary! Sleep in a bamboo forest, 270° floor-to-ceiling windows with endless greenery🍃, thoughtful extras like a coffee machine and sound system, plus shuttle service, perfect for the lazy ones!!
🐿️ Squirrel Park is so healing! Fluffy little squirrels, feeding and interacting is super heartwarming, great for family or friends trips~
♨️ The Cave Hot Springs hidden in the bamboo sea, soaking under the night sky, the atmosphere is just perfect✨!
📚 Banshan Book Café is so cozy, sipping coffee while enjoying mountain views, who understands the joy of idling away time!!
Friends, Anji is really worth it!! Quickly gather your buddies and rush over!!

First Time in Anji? Here's the Ultimate No-Detour Guide
July in Anji means emerald bamboo waves, refreshing white tea aromas, and screams from whitewater rafting! This "Bamboo Town of China" hidden in northern Zhejiang even attracted Ang Lee to film *Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon* here - the martial arts spirit still echoes through these bamboo forests. With average temperatures of 28°C (82°F), it's perfect for daytime water adventures and mountain hikes, followed by stargazing from your boutique homestay at night - pure paradise! Fresh from my own misadventures, here's my hard-earned guide for you!
🎢【Itinerary】
Day1: Adrenaline Rush → Bamboo Forest Therapy → Nighttime Hot Springs
▪️ 9:00 Cloud Meadow: When the 200m cliff swing launches you, even your soul can't keep up! The glass walkway photos will blow up your social media.
▪️ 14:00 China Grand Bamboo Sea: Ride the cable car to the glass bridge with endless bamboo waves beneath - perfect for Hanfu martial arts photos (bring mosquito repellent!)
▪️ 19:00 Mountain Homestay: Must try "Yunzhongxi"! Private hot springs with fireflies, plus iced white tea served by butlers - absolute bliss!
Day2: Rafting Thrills → Tea Field Chill → Food Coma
▪️ 9:00 Fairy Canyon Rafting: 3km glass slide + natural rapids - water fights get so intense other boats surrender (buy waterproof bags beforehand!)
▪️ 13:00 Xilong White Tea Plantation: Hand-pick and roast tea leaves (I faked expertise but the bamboo-scented result impressed even the farmers)
▪️ 17:00 Old Li's Farmhouse: Their "Dancing Fish" jumps on the plate - so fresh it'll tie your tongue in knots! Ate three rice bowls in one go.
🏞️【Must-Visit Spots】
1️⃣ Cloud Meadow: Cliff swings, rainbow slides, paragliding - pure adrenaline! 20°C (68°F) mountaintop feels like AC.
2️⃣ Hidden Dragon Waterfalls: Post-rain is magical! 60m falls create rainbow mist 🌈 (wear anti-slip shoes!)
3️⃣ Deep Blue Project Café: A quarry transformed into "Little Iceland" - latte by heart-shaped lake = insta-perfect.
🍜【Must-Eat】
▪️ Dancing Fish: Live Xi Tiaoxi river fish so tender it slips from chopsticks! Soup makes killer rice topping.
▪️ Bamboo Fungus Soup: Yu Village specialty - mushrooms burst with chicken broth.
▪️ Filial Pie: Century-old recipe from Xiaofeng Street - flaky pastry with bamboo shoot & pork filling.
(⚠️ Avoid "wild fish" scams at tourist spots - stick to urban restaurants with clear pricing.)
🛏️【Stay Smart】
💫 Luxury: "Anji Banyan Tree" villas (¥3,278/night) - private bamboo forests + butler breakfasts.
💫 Girls' Trip: "Yaojia Midsummer" mushroom houses - pool parties + tropical photo ops + BBQ movie nights.
💫 Family Fun: "Zhongnan Tiger Hotel" - kids stay up counting lions through glass walls!
🚗【Getting There】
▪️ Drive: 1.5h from Hangzhou, 2h from Shanghai - mountain roads rival *Initial D* scenery.
▪️ Train: Rent a car at Anji Station - attractions are too scattered for taxis.
💣【Painful Lessons】
1️⃣ SUNSCREEN! My Cloud Meadow tan lines lasted three days...
2️⃣ Bring rafting clothes: Wandering tea fields in a bathrobe got me mistaken for performance art.
💰【Cost Breakdown】
▪️ Tickets: Cloud Meadow ¥280 + Bamboo Sea combo ¥120 + Rafting ¥198
▪️ Food: Fish ¥80 + Bamboo rice ¥45 + Filial Pie ¥10 each
▪️ Stay: Homestays ¥800-1500/night, luxury ¥3000+
▪️ Transport: Car rental ¥200/day + gas ¥150
Waking to bamboo whispers, sipping tea-braised chicken soup... suddenly "office life" feels foreign. Here, even misadventures turn into hilarious memories - who's joining me for round two on those 18-bend rapids?

Huzhou Anji One-Day Extreme Travel Plan😋
Morning: Anji White Tea Viewing Platform
🚗 Departure: Set off from Suzhou around 9 AM, drive about 1.5 hours to reach the Anji White Tea Viewing Platform.
🅿️ Parking: Navigate directly to Pinqing Tea Farm. Best part? It's free, and the owner is super friendly, giving direct parking guidance.
⛰️ Sightseeing: After parking, head straight to the entrance of the White Tea Viewing Platform (it's very close, and the owner will point the way).
In just a few minutes, you'll reach the viewing deck, overlooking the vast tea fields and soaking in nature's beauty.
📸 Photo ops: Spend 1-2 hours exploring and taking pictures. You can try specialty teas at the viral "One Leaf Tea House," though we skipped it—just snapping photos outside is already Instagram-worthy!
Nearby, local tea farmers set up stalls where you can sample white tea and other local products for free.
👗 Outfit tip: Wear comfy shoes (you'll be walking, maybe even wandering through the tea fields). Light-colored clothes stand out beautifully against the lush green backdrop.
🌞 If it's sunny, don’t forget sun protection and bug spray.
🥤 On the way down, stop by Pinqing Tea Farm to taste their white tea—we ended up buying two affordable cans to take home.
The owner mentioned new tea leaves aren’t ready yet; harvesting happens around Qingming Festival, and you can even try tea-picking and roasting!
Afternoon: City Walk in Downtown Huzhou
🚗 Around 2 PM, drive from Pinqing Tea Farm to downtown Huzhou (~40 minutes).
🅿️ Plenty of parking options—we chose Aishan Plaza’s underground lot based on our destination.
Our route: Yishang Street → Xiaoxi Street
🚶🏻♂️ Yishang Street: One of Huzhou’s most historic old streets, packed with traditional snacks, antique shops, and an old opera stage. The longest lines usually mean the trendiest bites.
🚶🏻♂️ Xiaoxi Street: Perfect for photos. This classic Jiangnan watertown neighborhood preserves Ming-Qing era architecture, with cafes, craft workshops, and bookstores oozing artsy vibes. The street’s art gallery and Youche Lane’s handmade crafts area are photogenic gems.
🍜 Around 4 PM, we grabbed dinner at Xiao Huo Zi Gan Tiao Noodles near Yishang Street before heading back.
Specialty: Gan Tiao Noodles are a Huzhou staple—chewy noodles tossed in a unique sauce, customizable with various toppings for rich flavor.
🚗 Returned to Suzhou around 6 PM (originally planned to visit Taihu Ancient Town, but skipped due to chilly weather and mixed online reviews).
Other Tips:
• Transport: Public transit in Huzhou is convenient, but driving or taking a taxi is best for Anji White Tea Viewing Platform.
• Stay: If time allows, spend a night in downtown Huzhou to experience local nightlife.
