Introducing MAGNATE, a bakery cafe run by Jimin's father in his hometown of Busan. This is a 10-minute walk from Mokgol Station on subway line 2. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from Yeongpo Elementary School. The cafe is a renovated factory site located halfway up a steep slope. The interior is very spacious, and in addition to wonderful artworks, there are exhibits that fans will love, such as Jimin's private hat collection. The seats are spaced far apart, so you can relax and enjoy your time. The owner's father has not only paid attention to the space, but also to the rich lineup of cakes and breads. They all look gorgeous and taste delicious...🤤!! Personally, this is the croffle that left the most impression on me in Korea. Magnate or the story cafe is a BTS fan cafe. And I think you have to be one to best enjoy it otherwise you'd wonder what makes it so popular. Mine was an unplanned trip. I joined these Malaysian girls who were headed there. It's a very spacious cafe with lots of seating spaces and merchandise on display. Even if pricey it seems it's quite popular. Your drinks will most be 5 usd upwards and while I stuck with a basic cappuccino, the girls contributed more generously to the bts mania by dessert purchases. The taste was acceptable. I followed their cue as they went around exploring the space. It seems like an extremely well marketed and promoted place with Malaysian and Indonesian crowds. Jimin's dad's cafe is famous among BTS fans and ARMYs. I went there at opening time, and there were a lot of ARMYs there. The cafe is clean and spacious, so even people who don't know BTS can enjoy it as a cafe.
