2025.03.26 Cherry Blossom Season Tokyo Solo Trip: Day 2 Itinerary (Part 2)
This year marks my first trip to Japan during the cherry blossom season. I've always wanted to travel during this time, but the airfare has always been prohibitively expensive. This time, I managed to snag a last-minute deal with Scoot Airlines for a round-trip ticket from Taipei to Tokyo for just 8,900 TWD. If you find cherry blossom season tickets to Japan for under 10,000 TWD, don't hesitate—just book them! Within a month, I purchased my tickets, booked accommodations, confirmed insurance, and even finalized my itinerary. I feel so efficient! 👍🏻
This is also my first solo trip. I wanted to savor the beauty of each destination, leave behind daily worries, and engage in self-reflection throughout the journey. Slowing down allowed me to relieve stress and tension, and I didn't have to adjust to anyone else's pace. If I felt tired, I could simply return to the hotel to rest. Traveling with friends has its own joys, but solo travel offers a unique sense of healing.

💞 Why I Recommend It:
✨ Highlights of Shibuya:

(1) Shibuya is one of Tokyo's liveliest nightlife districts, featuring clubs, bars, and live music venues.
(2) It's a paradise for music and dance enthusiasts.
🏙 Must-See Landmarks:
(1) Shibuya Scramble Crossing: One of the busiest pedestrian crossings in the world, with hundreds of people crossing simultaneously during each green light. It's an iconic symbol of Tokyo.

(4) Center Gai: A narrow, bustling shopping street filled with izakayas, cafes, and game centers. It's especially lively at night.
5. 7:00 PM: Hamburg and Hamburg.
🌟 Restaurant Information: ハンバーグとはんばーぐ ("Hamburg to Hanbāgu / Hamburg & Hamburg")
📍 Address: 1 Chome-24-7 Shibuya Miyashita Park Building 1F, Shibuya, Tokyo 150-0002, Japan
💰 Average Spending: 150g for 1,480 JPY / 200g for 1,680 JPY / 300g for 1,980 JPY.
💞 Why I Recommend It: I couldn't get a reservation at "Minced Meat and Rice," so I searched for nearby hamburger steak restaurants and found this one, known for its unique "Half & Half" hamburger steak. It's conveniently located near Shibuya Station. The restaurant's standout feature is the "Half & Half" option, allowing you to choose two different sauces for the same hamburger steak. The sauces and portions are generous, with options like demi-glace, cheese, garlic tomato, curry, black pepper, grated radish with ponzu, mentaiko cream, and more. The restaurant uses a self-service kiosk for ordering and provides menus in both English and Chinese, making it easy to order even if you don't speak Japanese!
