Be sure to check out the wonderful cafe "Keifengshe" on Chifeng Street in Taipei!
#SummerCampaign #CommentCircle
Chifeng Street, located between Shuanglian Station and Zhongshan Station in Taipei.
It's full of small shops selling general merchandise, clothing, and restaurants. Harajuku Cat Street and the area behind the former Dojunkai apartments in Omotesando have a more relaxed atmosphere.
While strolling around at night, I spotted a cafe-like building on the second floor of an alleyway, and decided to stop in. It was a great choice!
"Kitafusha"
While the area seems to be popular with young people, the lovely interior, renovated while still making use of the old building, is calming and comfortable, making it a comfortable place for adults to enjoy. You can really feel the care that went into creating it.
They seem to be particular about their coffee, so I wanted to try a drip coffee, but it was sold out.
I ordered a cafe latte. It had a strong, rich coffee flavor and was delicious.
I went alone and sat at the counter, so I was able to watch the two young, fashionable staff at work up close. I was impressed by how carefully they prepared both the drinks and desserts!
The exhibition and sales area for artists' works dealt with social issues, and I also liked the fact that they had a poster for a queer film festival held in Taiwan.
It's open until midnight and serves alcohol.
There seems to be tatami seating up the stairs.
If you're in Taipei, be sure to stop by.
