Pae Sia Steamed Dumplings, a 100-year-old Yaowarat legend
#TravelEco
🌈 Moms, come this way! “Pae Sia Steamed Dumplings”, a 100-year-old legend in Yaowarat. They’ll be sold out in no time! If you don’t hurry, you’ll miss out!
Hey~! Today, I’m going to take my girl friends to explore the food in Yaowarat again. But this time, we’re not here for fun because we’re planning to go to “Pae Sia Steamed Dumplings”, a small food cart with insanely delicious flavors!! 🍡✨
If you’re talking about steamed dumplings in Yaowarat and you don’t want to miss out on this shop, you’re out of this list! This shop has been open for over 100 years!!! It’s been sold from generation to generation without fail. It’s located in front of Wat Mongkol Samakhom in Soi Plaeng Nam. I must say that it’s so delicious that you’ll have to take it out of your dreams and seriously eat it at least once in your life, girls! 💁♀️

💥 What’s so special about it? Let’s take a look!
🍡 The ancient pork steamed dumplings here have an incredibly thin dough that’s almost translucent (but don’t expect to see anything sexy). It's pure pork!) No pork fat mixed in to spoil the mood. The minced pork filling is seasoned to be fragrant and smooth, sprinkled with crispy fried garlic and topped with the shop's special sauce. It's fragrant, sour, and spicy just right. It's amazing without having to rely on seafood sauce!
👅 One bite gives you the feeling of being gay, eating it and closing your eyes, with a faint humming sound in your head like the heroine of a Chinese period movie. Cut to the scene of a palace lady sitting and eating under a plum tree... It's so over the top, mom!! 😍

⏰ When is the best time to go? How do you get there?
Listen up, mom. This shop opens every day from 11:00 AM and will sell until it sells out. Which!!! Let me tell you, it "sells out very quickly" because it's packed with customers since morning. If you want to try it without having to wait in a long line, you should go before noon. Otherwise, you might miss out on something good!
📍 Location: In front of Wat Mongkol Samakhom, Soi Plaeng Nam, Yaowarat

📸 Don't forget to take a selfie while eating and tag your friends!
Let me tell you that just one bite of dumplings can brighten up your face three levels. It's so delicious that it's like, "Oh my, I woke up thinking about you!" I recommend buying it right there and taking it home. Microwave it later and it's still delicious, mom.
