Hidden in the deep mountains about 60 kilometers away from Jingxian County, there is an ancient village that looks like a paradise on earth - Chazhi Ancient Village. Chaji, formerly known as "Cha Village", is one of the largest existing ancient villages from the Ming and Qing dynasties in my country. The surname Cha is one of the ancient Chinese surnames, and there are many different opinions about its origin and history. The name of Chaji Ancient Village comes from the settlement of the Cha clan and the commemoration of their ancestral hometown, Jiyang, Shandong. Chaji Village was first built in the early Sui Dynasty, flourished in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, reached its peak in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and declined in the late Qing Dynasty and modern times. It has a history of more than 1,300 years. It is reported that during the heyday of the Ming and Qing dynasties, Chaji built a total of 108 ancestral halls, 108 temples, and 108 bridges.
