“Arp”, a beautiful restaurant in Busan where you can taste vegan food and signature rice wine
When you hear vegan food, don't you expect it to taste good? I did too, but after finding out about this place, I reflected on my narrow-minded thoughts.
The interior was also beautiful, and it seemed like the clean European interior was well-coordinated with black and white ivory. The props, dishes, and cutlery all had a stylish design and bright colors, which I really liked, and it felt like I was in another world for a moment and having brunch, so I personally really wanted to come back.
*Vegan Black Burger - 14,000 won
(Vegetable meat, tomato, onion jam, lettuce, tartar, beet ketchup, onion ring)
The structured burger bun and crispy onion ring were memorable. It was a burger that I felt was delicious because it brought out the flavors of the ingredients well, even though it was vegan.
*Pineapple Basil Gelato - 0.8 million won
(Pineapple Basil Gelato, Lemon Sorbet, Pineapple Jelly)
It had a texture like minced garlic, or it really felt like I was eating finely chopped fruit as a sorbet, but it was unique and fresh, and the taste was also refreshing and cool, so I enjoyed it. I liked the taste of the fruit and the scent of the basil.
*Latte - 45,000 won
(Lime, Pear, Nuruk, Glutinous Rice)
A rice wine that combines the sweetness of Western pear and the refreshing acidity and scent of lime.
It was novel and delicious enough to buy another bottle.
