The moment we stepped onto the sand, we were amazed—the water was crystal clear like glass, and the beach was silvery white 🏖️! It looked like a natural filter! Washrooms are also at this site. Start your hike at the main gate: There are observation decks on the trail. Each trail includes a steep slope for the adventurous — and a gentle slope for casual hikers. Both scenes are enjoyable. The paths wind and interweave with one another. You can join your pals at the rest site and chat. Your first target should be the new wooden observation deck (level 3). There are large pieces of volcanic rock at this location. The edge of the deck is a great place for skyline photos. The view is amazing! 🏖️ We went hiking in the spring. The weather is cool and has overcast skies. This made for wonderful contrast photos with sweater weather. This temperature is enjoyable and there aren’t many insects. There are plenty of song birds and lovely dogs. The descent is best done slowly. We opted for the gentle slope so we could stay comfortable. We made it down from the 3rd deck in just one hour. With a big group it’s better to gather together near the end of the trail and travel out together. Ride the tram back to the start point at YangMeiKeng bridge. Cost is 13¥. The seaside view is marvelous.
