Yan Ting at St Regis Address - 29 Tanglin Road, level 1U Avg. Price per Person - 40 onwards Rating - 5/5 The restaurant was full so we ordered to be delivered to our room. Ordered the double boiled sea whelk soup and black and white pepper prawn served with vermicelli. Sea whelk soup is great but serving is small. Prawn with vermicelli is a winner! It is so addictive that i cant stop eating. Prawns were also fresh. Only issue was the food took an hour to arrive. Do remember to reserve in advance and prepare to wait after you order! #musteat #foodies #foodie #singapore

Address - located at Level 1U, The St.Regis Singapore, serving authentic Cantonese cuisine. Highlights: 1. Peking Duck: ordered half duck at $50, servant will wrap the duck skin for you, not too bad but only 1 dipping sauce, no sugar. 2. Duck meat stirred fried with bamboo shoot, this is the only highlight of the day, meat was so tender and nicely cooked, give 5 star for this dishes. 3. Fish tofu: homemade fish tofu, not worth the price as I think can find better one outside, cost $28. 4. Roasted Pork Belly: small portion, meat very hard, not recommended. 5. Lobsters XO sauce fried rice: chef’s signature but totally tasteless, very disappointed. Avg. Price per Person - $50-$100, excluding beverages Rating - 4.4 on google, but I think this is really over-rated. I will give 1 out of 5. will not visit again. #deliciousfood
