A place to enjoy Tokyo's view for free?!
Tokyo has many observatories where you can enjoy the city's view at a glance, but I found one that you can visit for free!
The building itself is unique, and once inside the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, there are guides to help you navigate directly to the observatory without any confusion.
The observatory is spacious, with large panoramic windows offering a 360-degree view of Tokyo, allowing you to see the city at a glance.
There are guides stationed throughout the observatory who explain various spots in Tokyo, and there are even staff members who speak Korean, making it even more enjoyable to listen to the information while admiring the scenery!
Although I visited during the day due to my schedule, I imagine the night view would be even more stunning!
On the first floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, there is an information center with Korean travel brochures about Tokyo, making it a great place to gather travel information!
✔️Location: 2 Chome-8-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 163-8001, Japan
✔️Unlike the operating hours of the government building, the observatory is open until late! Since the operating hours vary by season, I recommend checking in advance before visiting.
