#postandearn #ladakh #leh #lehladakh #india Thiksey monastery is extremely impressive and a must visit in Ladakh. I went there by public transportation from Leh. First you have to catch a small bus to Choglamsar and from there a shared taxi to Thiksey monastery. It is a bit confusing but locals are helpful and will point put where to get in and out. The monastery is huge and it took me over 3 hours of slowly walking and exploring. It has lots of passages and rooftop access at different levels. Photography inside monastery rooms isn't allowed but tourists still can go inside and see the interiors. Additional bonus were blooming apricot trees 😍 That happened in mid April.

I came to Thiksey Gompa in Ladakh, India. It is about an hour by rental motorbike from the city of Leh. There is a monastery at the top, and it is colorful and has a large, spiritual atmosphere, so it is quite worth seeing inside. The entrance fee is 50 rupees. We came down from Pangong Lake. What we saw was the view of the mountains along the way and the remaining snow. The weather next door was very cold because it was on the mountain. But why didn't the ice melt? It was because the ice was stuck to the rocks. The rocks were cold, so they melted. But it melted slowly. That's why we saw these big snowballs. We could go down and play, but we had to be careful of oncoming cars. But the ice was a bit dirty because it was on the side of the road. #tripแจกโรงแรมฟรี
