The Dinner Set Menu is priced at RMB 388 per person for two courses and RMB 438 per person for three courses. The bread basket was delivered first. The bread was of good quality and could be left for dipping in the soup. For the appetizer, I chose pan-fried scallops with corn soup. Why only scallops? The staff will pour the corn soup into the bowl in front of the guests. The corn soup had a beautiful color and a sweet taste, but the corn was roasted too dark.
