If I had to pick the most unique accommodation in Chiang Mai, it would definitely be the Elephant Accommodation. The experience here was truly unforgettable.
It was unique from the moment I arrived at the accommodation. I had to cross the suspension bridge. Arriving at night and passing by here was scary, but thrilling.
The accommodation is in the form of a bungalow, so you can really feel like you are staying in nature.
Watching elephants bathing in the water while enjoying breakfast was truly healing.
Actually, I didn't apply for the elephant bathing service at first because I thought it would be a little scary, but I really regretted it. The elephants I saw up close were cute and friendly. I definitely want to apply for it next time I visit.
The most special thing was the unique wake-up call service here. It was a refreshing and happy experience to start the day by giving bananas to elephants in the morning. Feeding the elephants while interacting with them made the start of the day feel special.
As I walked around the accommodation, I could easily see elephants leisurely walking.
⭐️Transportation Tips
This accommodation is located deep in the mountains, so it wasn't easy to access. We used a Bolt Taxi, but the transportation cost was more than expected because we had to pay for a round-trip fare. But considering the precious experience I had with the elephants, it was worth it!
If you go to Chiang Mai, where you can spend a special time communing with nature, be sure to stop by!
