For non-locals adults, the ticket only costs RM26 and it comes with a bottle of mineral water. It is super safe and the 360 degree turn at the top allows you to see the whole of Malacca. In addition to that, there were numerous stalls selling food and other interesting products just nearby the tower and it stretches right up to the infamous Jonker street.

Menara Taming Sari is the first revolving 'Gyro Tower' in Malaysia which is 80 meters high, you can see the majority of interesting places nearby such as the Samudera Museum, Dataran Pahlawan, St Paul's Church, Melaka Island and so on. The most interesting time to try this activity is in the evening because you have the opportunity to see the panoramic beauty of the sunset. The duration of the ride up is not too long, around 7-8 minutes only and during that period, you will rotate 360 ​​degrees 2-3 times. Menara Taming Sari located nearby christ Church Melaka. About 7 minutes walk journey. The staff at Menara Taming Sari was very friendly. the tower fit in 50 people per time. not so long for the waiting time. The ticket is RM17 for adult & RM11 for children. ( Malaysia passport holder ) can rent a telescope at RM5 per piece. Inddor and Aircorn Condition. chill and fun for the whole journey 😘

We have been to Malacca few times but this is the first time we got here. before buying the tickets, you will need to wait in the blue chairs outside of the building, your tickets is actually a piece of receipt so dont throw it away. Menara Taming Sari is a tower in Malacca city where you can go up and see the whole Malacca city from the clouds. Menara Taming Sari is located in a convenient location right in the city center next to the main tourist attraction of Malacca A’Famosa. The tickets to go to Menara Taming Sari vary depending on the age and nationally of the person. Each ticket comes with a small bottle of watch which is nice because it can get really hit up there. And the ticket prices are: Adult (Foreigner) - RM23; Child (Foreigner) - RM15; Senior Citizen (Foreigner) - RM18; Adult (Local) - RM17; Child (Local) - RM11; Senior Citizen (Local) - RM9. Upon purchasing tickets and entering, we took a seat and waited for the viewpoint to start moving, then we started moving up slowly and rotating clockwise. Then we were getting higher and higher until its peak. It was nice that the tower rotated so every visitor could see the entire view without standing up and walking around. Although walking around is permitted, you should be careful since you’re in a rotated glass box and it can have sudden movements. Overall the experience was great because it is always nice to see an entire city from above since we, humans, can’t fly and aren’t able to see things from such height. One of the coolest tower to get the overview of malacca! On its base area of taming sari there’s pool of Trishaw ride that you can enjoy. RM25 per bicycle with choice of music. **Heads up if you wanna go for river cruise ride they can send you there straight instead of walking. Enjoy the scene and kids love it with its decor and leds! Time well spent in Melaka. After had our Asam Pedas dinner, we went to Menara Taming Sari to feel the thrill up to the summit of the menara. The view was great and because the weather is fine, we can witness splendid view around Melaka. Then, we took chance to take a ride on beca. We were surprised to see many beautiful decoration on each beca there with different characters of cartoons and superheroes like Spiderman, Hello Kitty, Doraemon and many more. I can say it just super creative and really awesome. Each beca got their own speaker where they played their own music while the passengers enjoyed the ride.

The ticket price is slightly high because the time we spent in there is very little but the rare experience and the view can compensate it. Their maintenance team isn't efficient as visitors are needed to wait for long time even after 09:00. Some time it can be around 1 hour.

This is the third time I came here (Menara Taming Sari). Located center of Melaka city. Can just walk to go most of famous attraction like A'famosa, Red building, Jonker walk (happening during weekends - Friday-Sunday), museums, river cruise, river taxi malls etc. Also can ride decorated trishaw if you don't want to walk. It's a major attraction at Malacca city, it's a must go tourist place, we can enjoy panaromic 360 view of Malacca Town. Parking lot are plenty but hard to get one especially when weekends. Maybe you guys can park at Dataran Pahlawan Mall. Ticket cost RM17 with mykad and children above 2 years old is RM11. Recommended to try.

It went really high. If you have fear of heights try to not look directly below you. Instead look at the horizon, it's so much better and more beautiful. You get an aerial view of the town and it's much prettier at night. You will have to wait in line before your turn but stand fans are provided if you find it too hot.
