A seasonal strawberry shortcake where you can enjoy strawberries from Fukuoka. It was sandwiched between mascarpone cream, ice cream made with high-quality vanilla beans, and strawberry soup dipped in strawberry sauce flavored with amaretto. The plate was covered with a crunch made with payute feuilletine, almonds, and white chocolate, and strawberry sauce, and finished with a refreshing lime zest flavor, and garnished with fresh strawberries and coconut meringue, making it the perfect winter dessert.
