Entering Seoraksan National Park and walking for 3 minutes, we came to Xinxing Temple. Xinxing Temple was built by a Tsang lawyer (590-658) who visited famous mountains all over the country, and was formerly known as Xiangcheng Temple. It was rebuilt after multiple damages. The incense burns at Shinheungsa Temple, and it is a must-see for those who visit Seoraksan. There is a huge bronze sitting Buddha statue on the road leading to Xinxing Temple. The Buddha statue is located on a wide granite platform, more than 10 meters high. After passing the Buddha statue, turn right and there is a newly built suspension bridge over the stream. After crossing the bridge, there is Tianwang Gate on the side of the long stone wall, leading to the temple. On both sides of the entrance, there are huge statues of the Four Heavenly Kings (the Heavenly King holding a sword, the Heavenly King Taman holding a pipa, the Heavenly King Guangmu with a tower, and the Heavenly King of Growth holding a dragon). The Buddha statues of Shenxing Temple were erected when Shanzheng Temple was founded. There are Buddha statues directly carved by Master Yixiang, such as Maitreya Buddha, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Shizhixiang, etc. There are also the Fatang, Daxiong Hall, Hades Hall, and Baoji Building built at that time. , Qixing Pavilion and other buildings, as well as the 3-story stone pagoda of the Xiangcheng Ruins No. 443 of the key cultural heritage. In addition, you can go up to Ulsan Rock from Sunshine Temple along the wall.
